  7. ok, so im parked out the front of my mates house when we heard some rattleing on POS rock up, door opened then closed but the car stayed there. We walked outside to find some nut job hacking away at my SAU sticker . We ran over to the car as he quickly booted off accross the road, got back into his mates shit house old VN with burnt out tail lights and what sounded to be a hacksawed exhaust whilst yelling "SKYLINES ARE F***ING SHIT, GET A REAL CAR" and took off. I cant help but laught at this though, what a toss bag. Looks like my SAU sticker is going to need a new A though =(

  9. Band expander, if you have a aussie standard HU then piss it off out of there. Dead weight!
  10. Hey all, Gonna totally drain + mass flush out my radiator on sunday and was wondering what sort of coolant i should be using or what works better compared to others bla bla. Its a totally stock r33 GTST. Any help would be much appreciated.
  11. if youve grounded the solenoid then it wont make any difference at all. When your cars getting dynod its final reading would be at max boost anyway so your not really 'increasing' your boost.
  12. Hi all, I have a stock standard 33 series 2 gtst atm (appart from pod + manual turbotech boost controller). Installed the boost controller on the weekend and am running around 6 pounds or so (according to the gauge). Now, anything over 4000 rpm with hard throttle and the engine starts struggleing, refusing to rev, jumping around etc. I have checked all the boost controllers leeds + fuel pump and air filter and all seems to be working fine. I also filled the tank totally while doing it too with BP ultimate. My mechanic said possibly a dodgey batch of fuel or some sort of fuel blockage??? Just after a bit of help if necessary!!! Cheers!
  13. if you apply for this half way through your policy will they refund you?
  14. theres another one done on stateliner too, which was aired a few weeks after that one. looks it up!
  15. nice, be sure you take care of her extremely well.
  16. id be surprised if nissan australia didnt bring the new GTR over, considering all the publicity it has had in the media/car community etc.
  17. take the rear seats out, take the child restraints off + the bar thats placed over the speakers @ compliance which holds the child restraints, remove parcell shelf and its a piece of piss from there. Alot of the stock speaker housing are usually britall and broken from 10 years of sunlight and shit so be carefull, if you break it, youl be cutting a new one out of plywood.
  18. tunning and anything turbo i would reccoment boostworx! my local mechanic is a champ and does work for me at decent fair priced rates. does a good job too, shows you what hes done and wont even attempt it if it cant be done! so yea, thats my 5c worth.
  19. i spotted a holden dual cab ute... round the corner with a copper on his deck chair clicking his button as people went past in a 40 zone.
  20. im out all, missus birthday and were going paintballing haha. then going to town for some serious drinking! Enjoy all!
  21. ^^ somethings gotta pay their wage...and its not just our taxes. Hell if your cars defectible and their bored on the job, why wouldnt they defect you? I probably would, gotta pass time some how.
  22. decibel dragging anyone? =P
  23. ^^ dodgey gauge? running 10.5 PSI with a computer? if they do it? im PISSED at this mod. My car refused to go into high boost with and without the wire connected/disconnected... no idea what was happening. Greddy Spec 2 boost controller soon. Hopefully fix it!
  24. lol...8 way, quality. Buy em and try em!
  25. are you going to be running the speakers off an amp? im running alpine type R splits in the front and 6" type R in the back. Splits are 110w RMS and rears are 100w RMS. Standard r33 speakers are like 10w RMS, 6" or 6.5" cant remember. I can fit the 6.5 Inch cone easilly in the standard spacers/brackets wateva. If your going to run an amp, get 6" speakers, something with a high RMS and them run them off an amp that will support them. Will sound better in the car, too much bass might sound 'fully sick' but deep down you know its shit! So for example, if your going to run the speakers i have, you need a 110w x 4 amp to use the full RMS potential.
