  11. hhey guys, thought i might recycle this thread for this topic which is sorta related.. sorta. My old man and i are loking to buy a 60's Crown.. preferrably late 60's deluxe. It's a long story to why he wants one. He's looking to restore it, but I'm looking to pimp it out! "X TO THA MUTHA F$@!ING Z!!" style.. In regards to the paint job, assuming that the current paint job is good condish, if i wanted a pearl effect on it, simply put is it just the matter of spraying the pearl on? Would they have to strip back the current paint job put new paint.. then apply the effect? I'm not all too familiar with how it all works Can anyone recommend anyone? I tried looking on some toyota forums but they all drive corollas.. and there isnt that sense of family that skylines provide.. hahaha Anyway, good to be back! Cheers for any info that you can provide.
  12. Hey guys, I've been MIA for friikkken ages.. pretty much the time wasted was wasted on playing COD on 360. I am selling my Vitara and add the proceeds to support my running of the bulls trip in July.. after BARELY 3 months of having it, I'm selling everything and it's ALL GOT TO GO! SALE SALE SALE! Like persian rugs! If you know anyone that digs Vitara's or wants a full tank of petters to last around 550kms, send them this link here. Anyway, nothing much has been happening. After being dogged by work, I found another contract job to keep the funds rolling in whcih is also to end by the end of the month, I have tried looking for permanent jobs within private sector, but no response. I'm so lonely. But I'll keep trucking! I see soo many skylines around, and have yet to see mine - thank god! Has anyone seen it? Okedokee! Well, I'll be online more because my contract ends soon and now I'm just bludging.
  13. Make: Suzuki Model: Vitara, 2L Milage: 158,500 Transmission: 5 speed manual Colour: White Location: ACT Complied? N/A RWC supplied? Yes Currently registered? 06/08 Price: $7,500 Contact: Karl, PM Comments / Modifications: Alloy Wheels 4 Speaker Stereo Air Conditioning Bull Bar Cd Player Central Locking Fuel Injection Intermittent Wipers - Variable Power Door Mirrors Power Windows - Front & Rear Power Steering Tow Bar This car has been used or the past 4 months as a short term solution as I am heading overseas soon. It has saved me heaps on petrol and can get around 550kms on a full tank. Since I've had it, a new clutch has been installed and a minor service done to it, paperwork included. I've never taken it off road and only used to get around Canberra. The body of the car is in excellent condition, as there are no panel or paint damage. The interior is the same. This car is a fun car to drive and a real money saver. The new owner will not be dissapointed. Please feel free to contact me for further info. 0433 010 385 Images:

  19. Wooo! I got a new transportation device because my teleporter wrist band didnt work. A little vitara is now my chariot.. abit smaller than my preferred hilux (above).. but, legal - and only 6500. And pretty much all that was wrong with it was it needs a new clutch, which Im getting organised to have replaced. It has a CB radio in it. As cool as it looks, I don't think I'll be using that in the near future.. any ideas how much they're selling for? I still love my skylines and will still wave to and spot familiar faces. Future modifications Aftermarket speakers (only one works, other than the CB radio) Air freshener (they drenched it with cleaner and 'new car' smell) and the familiar 'angels and airwaves' sticker (zenith - I'm looking at you)
