As title says its a R33 gearbox out of a 96 S2, has done roughly 130k, only changed because I was able score a mint condition one, does have a little bearing noise when cold and is a little notchy when cold but works fine. as above you'll run out of flow from your pump before your injectors, if you dont mind pushing the fuel system i'd guess 320-330 rwkw would be expected at about 22 psi, anymore would be a bonus!

I cant give you a number mate, I dont use mine as a daily, at a guess i'd say add 20-30% and you be close, I guestimated mine is drinking around 6L/min at full boost, just on that point I think most poeple are running out of flow from just one pump, upping the pressure only reduces flow, 1 044 only flows 5L/min at best, then add some hefty rail pressure and it might manage 4L/min, I'm thinking just throwing huge injectors at the problem wont fix the issue's people are having.

Hey pal I think your being a tosser, if you had read any threads related to E85 on SAU you would realise I'm one of the biggest champion's for the fuel, I love the stuff! That comment was a dig at the person who started a new thread for a topic that has plenty of open one's and a shit stir to the guys who have already had there car's tuned by me to run E85!!! regardless I like your passion to the subject.

I tried 50% mix long time ago to try keep my injector duty down, didnt run back to back on dyno, but it was still making insane power on the dyno at 50%, noticed more on the rd, lost response mainly. I've never had any knock register (on the sensors anyway) running e50, e75 or e85, I havnt explored the timing limit's either. 5-7 degree's across the map works well for me! some start at 15 and go from there, I'm happy not to push my 14 year old engine beyond 600 ish rwhp

I'd like to play with this powerplus, maybe get some feedback on how it's going long term, I've had problems with filters blocking and pumps getting destroyed when running non CSR E85.

I've tried lots of combinations of mixture's, e50-e85, tune doesnt change that much that you'll have to worry, does richen up a little the more 98 you run but does not make any difference to the knock protection ethanol offers, power drops off a little, I doubt you would notice you were running e70 once your idle settled! Ill be sticking with united CSR.

yeah I love conversions like this, 20k too much tho, my dream is to stick a 25 in a UC torana, then drag the sucker, stick it up the joe wogs!!
