    M35 Info

the only worry i have about the sender sitting on the side of the pan is ground clearance - my car is stupidly low at the moment last thing i want is the sender getting torn out while my wife negotiates an Everest sized speed hump & leaving a trail of gearbox fluid all over the street where it doesnt belong...

Off the 'skids' topic for a sec, does anyone have any advice on the most appropriate place to fit a sender for a transmission temp gauge? Looking at the box, theres two possibilities I could see: One at the back just above the sump And another on the side near the lines to the radiator, but it might be a bit close to the front propshaft depending on how big the sender is Anyone fit one before that could tell me which is the best spot?
  3. Have you got this little boost sensor/solenoid that sits between the suction pipe & plenum?
  4. Black Axis just now on Berry St in Nrh Sydney just now
  5. Grey c34 parked on Bunnerong Rd at Daceyville just now
  6. Do the GT-T calipers bolt up to the standard hubs w/ standard discs?
  7. Saw a nice black C34 driving near Just Jap at Kirrawee this afternoon
  8. Just installed a Blitz panel filter. Noticed zero difference, so it's certainly the best $69 I've spent today!
  9. I've got something else fearsomely stiff.... And it's in my PANTS!
  10. Fitted front & rear Whiteline swaybars & rear links today (thanks Dale!) - will fit my new SPC rear camber & toe bolts next week & Superpro front camber & caster bushes as soon as they arrive (thanks again Dale!!!) Car sits about one mullion times flatter with the new bars & would happily crack it sideways around sharp corners under a bootfull of power if it wasn't for the lack of LSD. Highly recommended mod in the unlikely event you haven't already heard about it.
  11. A standard one? Let me just get out my sundial...
  12. i got 245/40/19 for $230 fitted from Big O Tyres Tempe wanted $250
  13. I think what they're trying to get at is that they can't be held liable for damage caused by a pothole that appears within a matter of hours caused by heavy rain etc... Which is probably fair enough - they can't anticipate road damage as it occurs. That said, it f**ken sucks that they'll deny responsibility for months & then still not fix it up. Take some more photos of the pothole as it is today (or tomorrow) & use that as an argument against their "inspect, notify, repair timeline" policy... If they were serious about fixing road defects within a short timeframe after becoming aware if them, they would have sorted it out by now...
  14. That was me, but it's not an Axis
  15. Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but I'm trying to get my hands on some alignment specs for the M35 before I take it in to get sorted Anyone? Please?
  16. Funny that, I thought they had to install dash light dimmers for compliance... Obviously not anymore.
  17. Yeah, I've got Teins in my M35 & they're definitely more comfortable than others I've been in with BC's fitted
  18. Got it off import monster. NFI what brand it is...
  19. I had to remove those two black strips at the edges of the tailgate lid & the spolier screws into the metal beneath where they sat. Then it just basically sits on top of the black plastic trim that the centre brake light is part of (with help from a bit of double sided tape) I'll take some more pics when my wife gets back from the shops with it.
  20. installed a new rear spoiler on the M35 today anyone recognise what brand it might be?
