Hey brad my problems are nothing like what u & some of these fellas have experienced thats for sure! But i will say i had some terrible problems like snapping my the end of my crank where the pulley is on my old TX3 4wd & that was while on the dyno also bending valves snapping timing belt etc etc that was not a fun experience ..

Hey guys a quick Q my mate has just bought a N1 oil pump for his RB26/30engine build & is getting some bad feedback from his workshop saying a few of these hav let go. Just quickly he rang & asked if i knew anything. What do u guys think any recommendations? or is this a good option??? Anybody??????

Hi mate, my car has a Link ECU & is currently at CRD Croydon being tuned & a few other things done, also i had it tuned at SAS Silverwater Automotive Services earlier this year.. I havnt had any problems with this ecu & its been in use for 3years now, this ecu also doesnt run a airflow meter its just not that popular... Hope that helps..

Also try Bodyform in Lansvale ill try & dig up there number they get nothing but good feedback..

Personally having watched both of these cars owned by friends i would have to say they are both just as prone to problems as each other,.. Pulsars feel very cheap even if its a GTIR if you ask me.. Take the GTR you wont be dissapointed!!

I took my car to get tuned at CRD this week after my car started spluttering on high boost after i had my plugs changed-Which was a bad move from the start! So the boys work out its running a better with some new plugs they fitted... Good Put it on the dyno and my car is pinging on anything above 15psi....... bummer checked a few things coils etc all ok.. Turns out my damn Catayltic Converter is blocked-(Dammit) time for a new one.. Ok back on the dyno it goes with the new Cat, and its still not running right above 15psi. Turns out to be the damn CAS, Crank Anlgle Sensor I thought it was funny how things happen all at once sometimes.. Hopefully when it goes back on the dyno on Monday with the new CAS she runs right......fingers crossed All good fun..........except for the bill...

The name of the place on Newton rd in wetherill park is Precision Turbochargers, my car has one of their High Flows..They do alot of work with V&E Rigoli, they do a good job & also did a great job on my old tx3 laser t3/t4 turbo rebuild years ago..

Hey Sid the previuos owner did this mod but it doesnt look had to do at all some small hard rubber spacers maybe 10mm thick , maybe bunnings?? and some longer bolts you would have to hold the bonnet up and fit the bolts and spacers but surely wouldnt be that hard.. F*cken photobucket is messing with my pics ill have to reload that one.. Cheers
