  1. I asked first bitch.
  2. If i was driving something that loud it would want to be a lot damn quicker than that. Had a bunch of honda fanboiz in front of us in the stands and even they cringed when it went past, The silver s2000 was another story though, That thing was porn.
  3. Your effort just to get there was a win in itself Mik, Hope to see you back bigger and badder next year mate.
  4. I agree with what you say widow. the qld backline is one of the best ever assembled and with lokyer and thurston calling the shots they had weapons for any situation. The blues coninue to make the same mistakes by relying on a gun forward pack to try and dominate. Not good enough when the opposition has strike weapons that can hurt you from any where on the field. particulalry when the forwards start to tire. One glimmer of hope for the blues was the inclusion of Israel girly haircut man later in the game. He has the guns to turn a game. Will be keen to see if he gets a run on spot for game 2.
  5. It was quick boz but i never thought I would hate the sound I hated worse than a drag rotor until i heard that f**ken noisy pos.
  6. Just waiting on my solid lifter conversion kit to arrive. Its a supertec setup that includes oversize inlet and exhaust valves, Solid lifters, dual valve springs, Retainers. Dan at ERD organised it for me. Website below http://www.erd.com.au/
  7. Its a work in progress. Mik had this car running some quite handy times at time attack. An 11th hour decision to upgrade for super lap saw about 2 months of the most intense upgrades you could imagine. Home made carbon fibre doors bonnet etc, Dog box, chromolloy cage, weight reduction and so much more. Unfortunately time was against them and the car lacked development time to get the handling side properly sorted. It augers well for next year however with all the hardware in place and a superlap visit under the belt I think you can expect much bigger and better things from this team next year.
  8. I'll loan him mine...!!!QUEENSLANDAAAHHHH!!!!
  9. I run an undercar surge setup in my 33, Its been there for 3 years with zero issues.
  10. You're a stoner (pun intended)
  11. If this would fit my car I would cut your throut for it warwick. rare as shit from a robot.
  12. the fuel may make the difference. bit of an ask on 98 pump. Me thinks you may need bigger "jectors" than 740.s for that power level.
  13. yeah, was as slow as xmas.
  14. From my experience you will be pushing shit uphill with that turbo to make that sort of grunt. Make sure you use good valve springs, Port match everything in your airflow system from the throttle body to the dump. Balance every rotating part to within an inch of its life. oversize exhaust valves and a decent valve cut. GL with it mate.
  15. I'd like to think they have more stones than that Duncan. Given some development time to suit the category i think they could go ok
  16. Yeah! instead of asking the american 8 times how much a packet of smokes costs over there...Cringeworthy much!
  17. Spoke to him briefly. He told us it only had bolt ons on a stock bottom end, Lots of weight reduction and plenty of aero. It was a very impressive effort.
  18. Shoot that useless farken commentator, Lose the drift puppys and you have instantly made an awesome event even better mate, Hats off to all of you who did the work. Great effort!
  19. Well said Marlin. It was a fantastic effort on mark's part to pull that 1.34 out of the bag after all the hassles and problems and limited track time they had during friday and saturday. I have no doubt they can pull another second or so by fine tuning the setup but to reach the dizzy heights of our imported friendsI think the real answer lies in weight and rubber. As russ said, If we cant get it closer to 1000 kilo we cant catch them.. Ever! The rubber Mark is using is beyond reproach, time and again he has done some amazing things on those skinny bloody pushbike tyres. My first visit to the pits was specifically to see what the imports were using, sure enough, They all had 20 litre drums rolling under their cars. I bet Mark cant wait for the advans to come in some more suitable widths.
  20. It was a bit of a pissoff that they didnt have time to do the one lap shoot out. I would have preferred the drift puppys lose their spot rather than the shoot out.
  21. Sandown! Is that a kids playpit or sonethin.
  22. Sure thing champ.
  23. fail my arse. You could cover the vic members present with a promo girl tee shirt. I thought you lot were the hardcore racers of the skyline world.
  24. That freakin hill near killed me. I struggled all the way up and there was no bastard there. guess they saw me comin and bolted.
