And ditto again, Mine gets taken off more than a honeymooners undies and in 3 years there is not one sign of slop or play in the system. These units that tuner group are promoting might be better off pedalled at the rich porka dudes etc. For us mere mortals the D1 is a damn fine piece of durable easy to use kit.

Guess it depends on how bad you want it Roy. I could build several "forklift" engines on your travel, f1 ticket, grog, race car hire. outlays. Not to mention your "brake and wheel fetish". god knows what you've spent there without ever fitting them to your car.

In all fairness the 25 had a full house cylinder head as opposed to a mild head on the 30. It was tuned about 50 hp harder as well. I guess I was simply expecting more of the extra cubes given the hype.

Screamer pipes sound like dog shit. The forklift engine pulls hard down low but the little 25 would wipe the floor with it up high. Will wind the wick up in the near future and see what the highly technical placebo dyno has to say.

PFFFFT!!! Sif need metric. Cane toad country has the fastest 1/4 mile and the fastest circuit skylines in the country. You guys got gypped when they forced killerwasps on you.

For those that give a tinkers toss. 18 lb of boost. 7000 rpm, 470 hp. tons of fuel in it, but quite happy to run it there for a bit just to make sure all is well. It brings boost on 1000 rpm sooner than the 25. Cant wait for 25 lb.

Should I Remove The Factory Clutch Fan On My Gtr?

X2. I had a couple of attempts at getting thermo fans to work, shrouded and unshrouded but as the above poster mentioned, prolonged high rpm use and heat soak saw me revert to the factory clutch fan pronto. The factory fan blows a freakin tornado through your engine bay in comparison to any thermo I tried. -
Its just too hardcore for me I guess. And dont do skidz when you leave. Its a tissue issue.

lWhat gives them the right is the fact that this is a forum. Own a gtr they may not but, they are all contributing members of skyline's australia and until the admin team fly an edict stating non 35 gtr owners are not allowed to post in the 35 section its fair game. That said, I agree with the sentiments of most on here, I enjoy reading martin's exploits and achievments with the 35. The forum would be poorer without his contribution.
