  1. Yes a gtr will have more street creds than a silvia. And, as phunk said. ultimately will have more potential around a track. It depends on how deep your pockets are. Bang for buck lies with the silvia but if you have the coin to throw at it the gtr will own it.
  2. We only keep the mighty Kegz at the bbq so we never run out of fresh meat. Dont stand too close.
  3. I still had that as the ante. No need now. The mighty kegz will next make a public appearance at the sau qld track day in September. Hire a cuppla buses and bring all ya bishes out. I think this venue would be eminently suitable as there will be medical assistance available on the day. Kegs will be the hulk manning the bbq cookin up a storm. (he also owns a silvia so your pain will double instantly)
  4. Shit you play for keeps dontcha. Orright on the proviso that the loser also has to praise the virtues of 32's for the same time period. (I can play hardball too)
  5. So wheres the prob. the only difference is the colour.
  6. Totally unwarranted. Just get your bitches in to shape and pony up.
  7. f**k off, I'm using the inner tube to hold the crank angle sensor on my engine. Howbout 2 worn out skidders?
  8. Orright, I got one of kegz' barbie dolls with an eye poked out and a rb 20 afm that I found, and a buck fiddy. Bet covered.
  9. Depends on how many you want him to take down at once. Numbers of combatants will determine the odds.
  10. I get it! Now you realise Kegs could take 2 of your heads in one hand and crush them its no fun any more.
  11. sux the big one mate. Hope hes payin. Thread back on topic. sorry for the interuption.
  12. Sheesh Vish! what happenned man?
  13. You are 100% correct with the emphasis on "cool KIDS" Now show us pics of your flat cap.
  14. Agreed phunk, I was interested in the hankys after superlap but they arent readily available from what I can gather.
  15. If you're looking for a car to serve dual duty I guess a gtr or an evo might be the medicine Dan. If you're looking to build a super quick track car stay with what you have. The amount of mildly modded silvias running amazingly quick lap times is impressive. Refit with an sr 20 or an rb 25 and do all the right spenshun bits etc and they become a very handy weapon indeed.
  16. You guys obviously havnt met Kegz. A giant among men. farked if i know why he want a 32 as i doubt his massive frame would fit in one.
  17. Thats why i grabbed them and gave them a run Zeb. At that price it was worth a shot.
  18. precisely what i paid for a full set of fronts and rears Roy. Good pads (hawks) and good fluids and they are the ducks nutz on a gtst. the rotors are bigger, the pads are bigger and the car is lighter so its win win win. Qld raceway is all about go fast stop hard, go fast stop hard. they get plenty of punishment there and they never complained once. Even after 20 hot laps on the national track.
  19. Chickenshit. Stay and watch the manhug when they realise they are on the same page.
  20. X2, I did chortle to myself.
  21. Agreed; I used 33gtr brems on my gtst with an upgraded master cylinder and some good pads and fluid. Admittedly i only run time attack sprints but I never had one issue with them even under the hardest braking. Too many "experts" are too quick to write off the gtr brembos as rubbish, I'll back them over the sumi's any day.
  22. X 11ty. I so love that little track. Looks like a great day guys.
  23. I have a metre long extension for that annoying bolt. works a treat.
