  3. be prepared to spend some serious cash if ur chasing 275 rwk. i very much doubt ul do it on a hiflow. on the other hand if u set urself a goal of 250-260 you will get it on a hiflow with nice spool time. set urself a goal of 250..least u know your conrods will be up to par

  10. i read all the dyno thread for hiflows in the rb25 section. 231 rwk is not too bad i think for a baby hiflow

  15. definately a good turbo for a standard hiflow. guess i could miss out of a few kw by having a better spool up than most other brands. And for the price i paid overall i am satisfied well 2nd gear breaks traction at 80% throttle without droppin the clutch so im happy. And i got thick 265's on the rear how do u find lag with the vg30 rear and when do u get fullboost by? also spoke to the tuner today and told me that it made more torque than when it had 240rwk previously. so im happier now. And damn it gets to speed quicker
  16. custom bellmouth 3 inch front/dump stainless steel. makes full boost by about 3400-3500 rpm. i dont have a standard actuator, i have a hks one. the software in my ebc has been upgraded also
  17. i specifically said this isnt a flaming thread firstly. i am satisfied on the performance if the turbo at this boost level and wanted to see if people with the same turbo had the same problem. is freedom of speech not good for you?
  18. that was because we started on 19 psi then dropped down in the rev range. tune was all over the place
  19. think im gonna take it back to him and run 13 psi again. i made close to 220 rwk on 13. least it will be safer for the sake of 10-12rwk it'l be on 3 psi lesser, so meh

  21. i dont regret the turbo at all. just thought it had more in it. it spools up real quick and im happy with the power for the boost its at. but yea just wanted to run the maximum on it and squeeze more power out of it.

  23. it probably wont solve anything. im over spending money on power mods just wanted to see if anyone has/ had the same problem with the turbo. it is awesome to drive regardless of whats happening. i was just expecting more out of this turbo
  24. its not a flaming thread by the way. im just dissatisfied with the turbo not being up to par as advertised
