  1. MLR is correct. Hair dryer to warm it up and then use your fingernails to take them off. It really is the same method as taking any sticker/badge off of the car. Be warned though, the paint underneath the sticker may be a different shade than the rest of the car and will stand out, especially if your cars paint is pretty old and sun damaged.
  2. Out of curiousity could you post up the boost graph on the 14psi? Would be interested to see how it looks as mine really has trouble holding lower boost levels. Is yours just setup to 14psi from the adjustable actuator?
  3. Awesome thread!
  4. Correct. Only RB26 and SR20.
  5. Retrofitting HID's to spotlights and getting a proper xenon spotlight such as the Lightforce XGT is where you will find the biggest difference in light output. However the XGT's aint cheap. Also the main focus here is Skyline headlights being converted to HID's. Bit irrelevent talking about the difference between spotlights.
  6. Mmmm Camaro. Pretty cool little show.
  7. Yes that is a Top Secret bonnet for the R34 GTR, however when most people refer to a "Top Secret style bonnet" they usually mean the one shown on the Supra.
  8. Bi-xenon means just that, a high and low in the one single projector that usually has a reflector shield in front of it that moves to change from low or high or the actual whole headlight projector moves up and down via a motor function. So as I said, very expensive to convert to for a proper Bi-xenon headlight. Having a stock low beam changed to HID and the stock high beam changed to HID is just a dual HID setup.
  9. My god! Talk about writing a novel lol.
  10. I think he was just being sarcastic man...
  11. You would have to modify the whole headlight and put bi-xenon projectors in, quite a costly and difficult process.
  12. Interesting little thing is the new M3 model is dropping the V8 and going to a twin turbo inline 6 and the new M5 is dropping the V10 and going to a twin turbo V8. Seems the twin turbo 335i made a decent impact.
  13. Yeah seen the Top Gear review on the X6. Havn't seen one on the X6M though. No doubt as a 4WD they are crap and as a sports car they are crap, but I just can't get passed the pumped aggressive looks of it and the fact it has some curves for a huge 4WD. My main love is for the look of it, 4WD's aren't really my thing but the X6 just does it for me. Haha yeah. Would be pretty funny smashing a sports car off a set off lights with a 2 tonne 4WD lol.
  14. ADR sleeves arrived and they are finishing off the kits as we speak. So lets pray that they get sent out to me early next week! We're nearly there boys, just hold out a bit longer on me lol.
  15. Havn't seen one for a R34 GTR either, only ones that have something similar is the JGTC R34's. It's so annoying because they are a bloody gorgeous bonnet design and they make them for all types of cars (Supra's, RX7's, S2000's, V35's etc) but not bloody R32/33/34 Skylines I don't understand why? There would surely be enough demand for them and they can't be that hard to make. I've always wanted one painted completely white other than the vents in carbon fibre, something like this:
  16. Yeah he aint buying one, they just offered a test drive because they got one in so you wouldn't say no lol. I actually love the look of the X6's (Havn't seen the X6M), I think they look tough as f**k. Black, 5% tint on big black wheels with a polished lip But if I had $200k to spend on a car I wouldn't be buying one.
  17. Could be warped rotors.
  18. Yep brand new they are. However second hand depending on year model they can be had for $70k-$100k. My old mans buying one once his car is sold and he finds the right one (black in either manual or paddle shifts). A bit off topic but my best mate is taking a new X6 M series for a spin on Monday, twin turbo V8 2 tonne car that can do 0-100 in under 5 seconds
  19. +1 for the 335i. Gorgeous car and can be made quick as hell with basic mods.
  20. Yep if you have around 10-15% saved up over 6-12 months it's usually all that banks require. Been looking into houses aswell as hoping to purchase one this time next year if proposed job goes well next year.
  21. Also found the stock turbo heat shield, also painted heatproof silver. Chasing $20 for it.
