Im finding that very very hard to believe.. 245's are also very big tyres for an NA 33 to turn.. would like to see i time slip, MPH, air temp and RA, see sig for qtr times..

Could u possibly try get a sound clip, or if possibly get someone to start ur car tomorrow morning while u have your head under the bonnet for a better indication of where its coming from?

Hehe, toying with some ideas and now doing some research, Im very much liking the idea of a VK56 sitting in the engine bay... Selling the current engine and gearbox package i could just about break even on cost to do it... If anyone of you have read my thread on my 33 (see link in sig) im not one for being told things cannot be done... If i was to do it it i would probably be aiming for around november december start...

Umm i was told it was bayside blue, but there is evidence of the car being resprayed.. and the colour code is kh9 which im led to believe is black?? do ur engine bays match the car colour?

Cheers Guys, as far as i can work out its a full top secret kit, without the front quarters. Dont be put off by the fiberglass, after the 33 i swore never to touch it again, and the quality of the kit led me to believe it was actually plastic till i got it on the hoist, its awesome quality. Would love some wheels, will definately go jap when i do, but for now sorting the engine and brakes are first on the priority list, and getting the race car running before jambo

The bigger the filter the less restriction through the filter obviously, on an NA its not so critical, but on all our race cars we try and get the biggest filter possible on them..., they are all essentially the same, there are a couple of different thread and oring sizes but essentially if it fits it will work... If you've got anything floating around internally that u need an oil filter to trap the type of filter your using is the least of your worries... your biggest concern is the cost of the rebuild...

Well those US headers are on, no fitting or LHD issues at all, took around 6 hours, performance wise i cant tell u as i havent started on the rest of the exhaust system, its going to be twin 2 1/2" with an x pipe and high flow cats and no resonators... i know its large but its there now so when i can afford to go the aspirated route i dont have to change the exhaust again.. I also just ordered a JWT pulley kit and pop charger, the oem 350z intake pipe is just a pipe without the resonators so im just going to knock one up while im doing the exhaust... let you all know how is goes.

Stocko fuel pump is good for ~300rwhp... i know this from experience.
