  1. rb 20 is fine - if you dont wanna go over 230rwkw reliably...and u like revs bigger motor is always more fun and more potontial for HP Decide what you want to spend then figure out how far it can get....oh yer dont expect change from 10k in my opinion...
  2. HAHAHAHA cant happen my friend. rb30 block is approx 1 inch or 41mm (?) taller than the rb25, ie longer stroke. Unless u want pistons coming up past the top of the block go ahead Its the same motor as well, (below the water pump) just larger cubes....
  3. cheers mate. 1 looks awesome, 2 looks even better
  4. Got any other gold ones left Spiros? If you can save me one till next thursday (3rd June?) i'll grab another off you the same cheers.

  9. 190cm....with sunroof. Yes its a close fit, hate to see it with a hemet. Oh well...just open the roof i spose PS - Timmmayyy....damn thats tall
  10. No offence to Trent, but thats what i thought when i seen em.
  11. Ok i used a dummy shaft, aligned the plates and its still out, but now only 8mm or less. Does it mean the bearing carrier could be the wrong size? Basically the pin on the block that goes into the top of the gearbox is touching. It wont just go in!!!!
  12. Heres pics of the kit fitted. Its the r33 version, but the same kit... The top pipe is mandrel bent, unlike the one in the photos. The hoses i have are also blue in colour.
  13. Yer more than enough for the medium modded skyline..was going on mine with the rb20 and just a highflowed rb20 turbs.
  14. Excellent results mate I gotta see Shaun real soon....as soon as this damn gearbox goes on AARRGGHHH!! So is this result going from the std manifold with the external gate mounted on it to a tubular one?
  15. I have an intercooler kit that was purchased off these forums for sale. It was made by Micks Metalcraft in Villawood, NSW. CORE dimensions are 600 x 300 x 70mm Kit includes : 600x300x70 core with polished end tanks Pipework : (2 1/4 inch - same as std piping size for minimal pressure drop) pipe that goes into core (start from inner wheel arch), out pipe from core goes to drivers side wheel arch (a hole must be cut) the cross over pipe (goes from drivers side wheel arch, up over radiator fan to plug into std pipe that crosses over rocker covers). Mandrel bends. Silicon Hoses (blue) x 4 Stainless steel hose clamps (x8) This is a complete kit ready to go in. All u need to do is cut the hole in the drivers wheel arch (easy and not illegal) and make some support brackets for the core to hang off. Reason for sale : I need a bigger kit for 350rwkw for the RB31DET. PRICE : $1100 or $1200 delivered to your door!!! Attached is pics of the core, later i will add pics of the pipework and clamps etc... edit / WILL SEND ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA!!!
  16. Is that the end of the input shaft going into the end of the crankshaft?
  17. Prolly as suggested b4 Hippy. Mine was on until i topped up the power steering fluid believe it or not....if i remembered rightly
  18. I still got them shocks if u want em Clint32. If u wanna just swap em for something PM me so we can compare items
  19. well in the two plate clutch theres 4 plates - 2 metal and two ones with meat (the ones that wear) On the two that wear, they have grooves where the splines around the input shaft sit. U use a dummy shaft (or the 180b one) to make sure the splines on the two plates, as well as the two metal plates are all inline so the input shaft slides in.....in theory
