i am running the qfm a1rm's for this track day....never used them before but they seem to be pretty good value for price....good cold bite and well lets see how it goes on the track....i had mine fronts and rears delivered for $238....and i got them in only a few days after paying......very happy with them so far

i think that the motorplex would just be like malalla but closer.....ie you have to hire out for private track days......open prac days.....dift/grip days....go on the motorplex site for that one http://www.adelaidemotorplex.com.au/

well i will be there from 5:30pm onward till 7:15pm as i have to go for dinner in town afterwards.....so hope to see a few of you there

but dont forget that in those days there were more then 1 tyre manufacturer i say bring back 2-4 different tyre manufacturers and the refueling and make the race go to 60 or 70 odd laps as it used to

well i think that they were expecting the green tyre to deteriorate quicker but it didnt or the teams/drivers just managed it better.....but if it were to deteriorate faster then you would see a few more stops....ir the front runners would start on the green tyre then switch to hard option and then have the green ones back on for the last stint of the race and in saying that the fuel load is still a big issue......

^^^ yeah or you could go that options......far less painless but hits your pocket

nice buy mate.....looks rather clean not so much under the engine bay.....take the bov out and get that hole plugged up....get a metal bracket made for your pod filter.....looks like you also have a rising rate fpr....that i would be looking at taking it off for the inspection....

there is a bit of both out there....inattentive driving plus people who think they are the next schumacher in their vn commies......it should be mandatory for the Learners to go through defensive driver training as well as do the 50 odd hours of supervised driver training.......i know my lil bro is going through his learners atm and i make sure that i make the point very clear to him in regards of inattentive driving or thinking that he is the best driver on the planet.....dont take risks and i will be making sure that he goes for those defensive driver courses.....

its the case in most teams fishy......they go through practise and find out who/which one of the 2 drivers is the faster one and copy the same settings across onto the other car.....then go for more practice and then set the car to the driver liking......with the fuel load they have at the start of the race the drivers are doing roughly 8-10 second slower in lap times when compared to what they qualified with......and towards the end of the race the car gets a bit faster as the fuel load wears off....but it leaves the car generally rather high off the ground in ride height so still it wont be as fast..... you make a good point in regards to if vetel is down in the pack then how would he go about it in the race......i for one thing if vetel is 4th or lower on the first lap then i dont see him winning specially if both ferrari's are up front.....also the driver who is sitting on 1st position gets the benefit of a clean track/cold air use....the drivers 1-1.5 second behind him get a lot of the hot air which cannot be good for the engine

the amount of drivers out on the roads that dont have a clue what they are doing is ridiculous......it amazes me as to how did they get their license......out of a cereal box perhaps......

your just getting old pete from the news i have heard the driver of the car was a 20 year old female......and the guy on the bike was in his 40's or something......certainly not good news

as covered earlier that you would want those plates back matey......and also if you can post some pics up so that we know what we are talking about in regards to "highly modified".....when you are taking your car to get the plates swapped over i would suggest that you make the car look as stock as possible.....otherwise you will be sent over the pits
