  1. So when you say the blue one, you mean the skinny one right?
  2. Well thats one problem solved! But I had the car running again and noticed there is still a little bit of oil leaking from 2 of the 4 earls' connections. It appears to be leaking from the 'skinnier' blue hex nut... in between the larger red/other blue one. I have attached a pic for reference. How do I tighten this one?? Thanks again for any help that you guys can give me. Legends!!
  3. Oh my goodness thank you so much both of you!!! You guys are absolutely right!! I had forgot to plug the connector back into the afm!! Life savers!!
  4. Hi all, So I did a service on my R34 GT-R V-Spec (Oil, oil filter, front/rear diffs, gearbox, coolant & spark plugs) & fitted a Trust 13 row Oil Cooler with Re-locator. As I couldnt get the oil filter off (trying a few different types of universal oil filter wrenches) I ended up damaging it... now to cut a long story short I ended up taking the inlet manifold off & was then able to get it. Now after all work was completed I had the car running to bleed the coolant and check for any leaks. At first I didnt have the rev issue, but as the car warmed up I noticed that I couldnt rev past 2,400RPM. Even when I go full throttle, It just missfires and doesnt go any higher. So I had a look around & noticed a slight leak from the oil cooler relocator plate...which ultimately led to some oil getting into the Ignition control module electrical connection. (If thats what it is called... I have attached an image for ref). So I figured that maybe that was the problem, so I took the ignition control module off & sprayed it with some CRC Automotive Electrical Contact Cleaner (taking each individual pin out and spraying it), but that didnt solve the problem either Would the AAC valve have something to do with it? Cheers for any help guys! (P.S - sorry for making it so long but just wanted to make sure we are on the same page)

  8. Yeah I want to do this on my car as well but how do fixed lexan windows actually fit into the doors if everything is stripped out? Ie - where do they bolt on to? Cheers, Glen
  9. Sorry to bring up an old thread but you had no shims at all??? So would you still recommend getting this antisqueel kit then? Cos if it really works then I would love to have my brakes quiter... if at all possible! Cheers, Glen
  10. Oh bummer they fall just short (well kinda) because I will need them more around the measurements of 110 x 50cm.
  11. Oh sorry man I made a mistake, I ment to say that I have taken the original door trims off my car (i've pretty much taken everything out of my car...) and now want to cover it up with Carbon fibre flat panel. Link: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=5128026 Cheers,
  12. Heres some video that my brother took... http://www.youtube.com/user/xanavinismo2003#p/u Cheers, Glen
  13. Hi all, I would like to cover my door trims with some Carbon Fibre flat panels but have no idea where I can get them from? Im aware that you can get after market 'molded' ones (but they cost heaps) so I literally just need two flat pieces big enough to cover my doors and then i'll cut to size. Should be a lot cheaper! Any ideas on where I can get that sort of Carbon Fibre? Cheers, Glen
  14. Excellent photos man! Thanks for the link!
