were u using the 615 primarily on track?

dont think there's a boss kit with airbag option in 32, do u mean hicas?

no adjustment, straight swap over, speedo was accurate to 1km, suit early model, yours is same year as mine

does the outlet on bottom of the canister normally vent to atmo?

all sorted, on the front where the lines meet the hard line, the thread was squashed a bit on the tip due to being overly tight, it was very hard un-doing it in the 1st place so perhaps over done by factory

just having a problem with install on the front, where the hose meets existing hard line, once tightened, there is still play up and down the line, as in the hard line flare isnt flush against the nut anyone else run into this?

so, im doing bit of touchup (acrylic in spray can) on the rear bar, basically the colour used ended up being bit darker than car colour , havent applied any clear as yet what can i do to make it lighter other than starting all over again?

did u disconnect battery when doing the changes, checked all the fuses under the drivers side panel?

i pulled it out (twice) as initially it was to changeover my dying one with a r33 one and after it started squeeking, again to grease it

had same probs, went away after greasing it, i think i used lithium grease - Starter Motor Squeal

u getting proper voltage at the starter, checked the earth cable, if u have a multimeter handy do some checks could be the contact inside the solenoid that worn away, buy working 2nd one for around $50 odd,

is the rust surface rust and gone through metal in places, if its minor rust, hit it with wire brush, use some rust converter, put some primer on and paint it, nothing wrong with this treating rust like this, u can finish it of by applying fish oil to keep rust at bay
