  1. hi ppl, my gearbox wont allow me to select any gears while the car is running, but im able to select gears with the car off how it happened? well i gave it a bit from standing start (around 5000rpm) and was unable to select 2nd straight away, regretable moment but was curious to see how it went when launched, no noticeable noise at the time i have rung gearbox shop and its $560 odd to do a clutch change should that be problem i have done a slave cylinder bleed (yet to do it at master) and visually inspected the pedal box which appears fine (will remove on the weekend) and clutch progressively gets hard to pump (if thats a test for air leak at the booster) from other posts, selector fork could also be the culprit (broken), perhaps clutch failure will lack of oil cause something like this (i will check oil level in a few days)? if anyone has had the same issue, pls post what it turned out to be either way, it appears to be a gearbox out fix, now contemplating a backyard job or workshop job btw currently have a single plate nismo clutch that was rebuilt by npc a few moons ago, gearbox was in good condition prior to moment of madness and did not crunch when changing

I'm using nismo only bcoz I got it very cheap, typically jap coolers are of very good quality, end tank design, minimal pressure drop gtr coolers are very good alternatives as they are good for over 350kw (assuming heat soak n efficiency become a issue), cheap Chinese coolers are a compromise due to price, however good results can also be achieved without sacrificing too much performance
  5. 34>33>32 32 is the most restrictive of the 3, they all interchangable however 32 o2 is Titania (12mm) 33/34 o2 is zirconia (18mm) adapters can be bought from justjap if needed

  7. Apexi power intake (pod filter, barely used), $50 is that filter only or also comes with the adaptor part. will it suit s15 as well??
  8. between the two, id go pfc but final decision is what ur tuner is able to tune microtech i have heard can be a pain from time, search and you shall find
  9. how much boost u running for 425whp? E85 an option I believe u can get em around to 350kw check out 26 dyno thread for max numbers
  10. to test if its the injectors, race the engine from the engine bay and as soon as you let go, the injectors should stop ticking momentarily
  11. selling my blitz bovs to suit GTR im over the noise aspect and going back to stock asking $200 + postage pickup welcome (pendle hill - western syd) pics -> see ebay one currently on sale however NOT mine but looks the same Blitz BOV

  14. after stock GTR bovs, needs to have the Y pipe i have blitz dd bovs currently but am over the whole noise thing, will consider swap with cash adjustment

  18. stock ecu or pfc? could it be the tune for cold start thats making it run a lil rough?? cant say mine has a noticable vibration, thats with stock mounts etc, does the engine miss at all?
  19. did u get the controller + sensor for that price or also display unit?
