  1. On the RB26, idle is 0.45 - 0.50, WOT is 4.1. Can't see RB20 being any different.
  2. Yes. They use the same size(from factory) and type of injectors.
  3. I dunno about that mate, don't sell yourself too short. Copping a lemon on the face and sporting that fat lip @ Maccas was pure class in my books.
  4. Looks alone : Only British car i like is the Aston Martin. Old or new, horniest looking cars out there. Porsche GT is a close second, than come the usual exotics like Zonda, Ferrari, Porsche, even the M5 and RS6 etc... I must be one of the few that don't dig the Gallardo, or any Lambo for that matter.
  5. Volk CE28Ns. Brand new in the box, complete with centre caps. Can be viewed @ RacePace. Bronze in colour. 18 x 10.5 all around to suit R33 and R34 GTR. $4000 firm. No offers unless you want to offer more. RB26 in good condition. Can be viewed @ ICE. Presumably out of an R32 but not sure. Complete with turbos. $5000 ono. Emre.
  6. Only 14...??? Fark me, she has bigger boobs than snowflakes, so she qualifies. Go for it Brisby !
  7. You can get it from Greenline or Nengun etc... They are around $150. For a street car you wouldn't really bother to cancel the Hicas. On track cars it's a worthwhile mod as without Hicas you get more predictable behaviour. I still haven't fitted mine, but AFAIK it's not better or worse than the lock bar. It's just a pair of oversize washers locking the rear steering arms in place so there is no movement. Hence easier to return your car back to stock if you wanted to.
  8. Second attempt, in PDF form. CLICK
  9. The pics are in the file, but somehow not showing. I think it's still pointing towards the site that used to host the file which is no longer up. I tried to fix it without success. I suck at Word, Excel, etc... Try this link for the zip file and see if you can fix it.
  10. How about this one...? CLICK
  11. Chasing it up for you...
  12. Yes, you can do it yourself, as you described. Be careful with the terminals and spanners when you are doing up the nuts. When you are taking the battery out, negative first; when you are putting the battery in, negative last.
  13. I would love to Jack, but this is not the place, nor is there a reason for it. Eric and Hypertech are being criticized in public where they are not even present or have no chronies pushing their agenda. We don't want to return the favour and provide the WA folk with all the entertainment, do we...? If someone is geniunely interested in how to read a graph, they can start another thread without any references to the workshop.
  14. LOL... That graph says quite a lot.
  15. You need a feeler gauge to measure the gap in between the electrode and the tip. You are moving the tip to adjust the gap. You can reduce the gap by gently tapping the plug, or open it with whatever you can pry in the gap, like the feeler gauge.
  16. From memory BCPRs come with 1.1mm gap and BKRs come with 0.8mm and 1.1mm gap. Either way, you can gap both to whatever you want. The factory plugs come with 1.1mm gap and if your car is totally stock, there is no reason you should change it.
  17. All good mate, should come up for a BBQ again and catch up. Loves Traralgon you say... Well , some people love the looks of the AU Falcon, so I won;t question it.
  18. LOL... I am a day and night person for the past 2 months mate... 30k tune is a bargain ain't it...?
  19. Agree with you... The point i was making, is the discrepancy on where the temp probe is placed and the effect it has on the readings. There was a dyno sheet where the IT was 82 degrees, a while back.
  20. LOL... Good try, but I could hardly compare this thread to the stoush you lot used to have. For one, you don't have the tuner from either workshop coming in and spouting shite all over the place. Next time you see Eric, ask him what he thinks of Ben's GTR !!! I should stop here.
  21. Dunno about that. There was one door where the mitre cuts were kinda dodgy. :kick:
  22. LOL... Only reason I pushed hard was to match his 1:23 Than, there was the fence. Bugger.
  23. The difference explained to me by a DD rep quite a while ago: Inlet Temp - Ambient Temp / 5 = x% difference. Ex : It's a 25 degree day and the probe is placed in the engine bay and reading 55 degrees. 55-25/5 = 6% will be added to the measured power in shootout mode.
  24. It is fine to drive your GTR in RWD mode on the street. However, on a 2WD dyno where your front wheels are stationary and can not move, you will burn out your clutch packs in the transfer case. Surest way to eliminate this problem is to break the connection in between the two = - Front driveshaft
