  1. No, Built off a RS/RX platform with the flares added. that is why they don't all have HICAS either. ARX rules....
  2. The Avis is based off the RS/RX and no to the LSD.
  3. +1000 easily the best.
  4. what you done to my car...lol Yes, I was there. I would agree that with the rear sway bar on the middle setting the car can be a little taily in the wet. In the Dry thou, it is absolute magic. Just got to work out how to adjust it on the go...
  5. The rear bar is identical to the V35 rear bar. The front is not the same as the bar has to go around a deeper sump for the front transmission. Cheers Andy
  6. Nissan... the will rape you of about $180
  7. Or this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/INFINITI-03...sQ5fAccessories
  8. Or this http://stores.homestead.com/2point5/-strse...V2AV/Detail.bok
  9. Yup, go back to your insurance company and talk to them. Being difficult to source is not and excuse for not repairing it correctly. The issue may be that it is not available new from Nissan.
  10. Go back to your insurance company and demand that they repair the car to the SAME standard it was when it was insured by them. They can not replace the part at their discretion.
  11. If you loop off the boost solenoid and then run the line from the intake in to the suction pipe it will allow the boost level to build a lot higher. Cheers Andy
  12. So you are going to become a real Nismo car not just the stripes....lol and yes will tell you when heading to the drags..
  13. If you are trying to work out how to reduce fuel consumption with a M35 Stagea you are looking in the wrong direction and the wrong car. Replacing the stock dump pipes achieves 2 things 1) Removes a restriction by increasing the diameter of the pipe and removes narrow opening at the turbo. 2) Removes a catalitic convertor that is a huge restriction. Benifits: 1) Improved power in low to mid range. (not dyno tested as too expensive to keep getting a dyno run for each change I have made) Negatives: 1) Slightly louder at the dump pipe but not an issue. 2) A little more heat transfer to the floor of the car. (I have just rectified this by thermo wrapping the dump pipe) Hope that helps. Cheers Andy
  14. Damn Drugs....lol (and you think I am joking) Yup.. they are the ones . Precision Turbo's (John) That's the right info Mark?.. lol
  15. I will do the drags again in the next few weeks when I get time. Not GCG... Performance Turbo's in Sydney. Really good value IMHO. From memory. 43mm Compressor wheel and can't remember the exhaust wheel but it is a bit bigger without being silly. I am seeing around 4psi at 2200rpm so not too laggy.
  16. Fitted my new turbo to my car. Only a slight high flow but a great improvement in power over the stock turbo and not too much lag. (turbo is Sierra stage 1) A happy man. Ps. Thanks Craig for your help and next time someone says turbo replacement and M35, it is motor out of the car time.
  17. I would have a good look at the cars at Northshore Prestige. They may be slightly more expensive than some other dealers but their attention to detail and quality is what makes the difference. have a look at this nice ARX. Most other dealers when they install the mandatory anchor points to the back of the Stagea, drill right through the body work below and put a bolt right through and seal it with silastic. It is just a matter of time before it starts to leak water. Also when they do this they cut through the plastic trim panel on the top of the roof at the boot and inevitably the panel cracks from the pressure of the anchor point. Northshore do a better job by installing these same anchor points slightly further forward of the plastic panel so they do not damage the car nor create any potential leaks or rust points. I have seen so many broken trim panels from other dealers it is not funny. Good luck with your search. Cheers Andy
  18. He wouldn't let me near his turbo and yours is a long way away... I had MY spare turbo rebuilt with a Sierra Stage 1 kit.. It will be interesting to see the difference it makes.
  19. I don't know about dealers to steer clear of but the one dealer that most M35 Stagea owners would recommend is Northshore Prestige. His cars are not necessarily the cheapest but the are the best quality cars around and 100% genuine. The best part is the service is genuine and you are not forgotten the moment you drive the car off the lot. Most of the used car warranties are very specific about what they cover, quite limited in what they will cover and once you start modding your car. Cheers Andy
  20. You got that one right... the screen is motorized.. lol
  21. You better order quickly.... Only 1 left. Cheers Andy
  22. I took a PM35 RWD (Axis S) for a grive the other week. Goes nicely BUT, I love my turbo. No substitute for the torque it makes when on boost around the 3000-4000 RPM. Cheers Andy
  23. Give me a week or 2 and then I will be ready. The aim is to do the turbo on a hoist as it will be much easier than at Craigs place. And he has all the car stands on his hover car... lol
  24. got a new turbo to install in my car....
  25. Lucky, you had the claw... That would be scary...
