should post in the steering braking section Hicas lock out bar man, its all you need. hicas does nothing for you except cause headaches. you can get the bars from some of the traders on SAU for like 100 bucks

So just spice up my bottom end? Im still running my stk oil pump so i want to rebuild the bottom end before the pump goes

how would i do that? watch the hand controller and fiddle with the wires?

After i change my gearbox and diff, Ill be looking into rebuilding my bottom end. In the way of "being cheaper" which way should i go? Rebuild my R26 bottom end or build up an RB30 bottom end? im not really that concerned about power. with my setup i can see 330kws easy.

Aside from replacing the whole loom, there wouldnt be any way to fix the problem would there? i gotta save for a G/Box and diff so if i could find a quick fix that would be awesome. when using z32 AFMs the wires for the plug just get soldered into you loom? or plug directly into the ECU?

Yeh that not a bad price for a brand new loom... especially from nissan. Quoted $1200 per CV shaft from nissan the other day :S i wanted a genuine number to cross over to GSP shafts (distributor for them). nissan didnt tell me shit lol. anyways back on topic... i didnt actually cut out it was just hunting hardcore, im guessing it was on limp home mode? so next time it happens flick the key to on while driving? and it'll reset the AFM? cheers

hey all, on the way home from work my car started to rev weird and at lights was hunting like a mofo. i looked at my PFC and saw that AFM 2 had 0 voltage :S this lasted for about 2-3 minutes then it returned to normal. Being an AFM problem i look into dry connection and what ever but i had the AFMs recond about 2 months ago? could this be and AFM issue or a loom issue?

Im also thinking of relpacing my Gearbox and diff actually :S I sell bearings so i can get the gearbox bearings pretty damn cheap and i can get syncros at a decent price as well. but.... i cant do it myself and also i heard that the R33 Gbox has stronger syncros? but the pull push conversion can be pricey? also a R33 diff fit a R32? 2nd hand or aftermarket? cheers

stroke it steve! thats really not a bad price for a rebuild considering. although it also depends on adam confidence with his engine and if he wants to pull it apart and put it back together himself.

hey all, ive had this problem ever since i got my car, when braking the steering wheel pulls in the 1 direction, harder i brake harder it pulls? any1 had this problem or know to to fix it? cheers

god damn it!!! my GTR has always idled high as - 1300-1400, tried everything. just got a powerFC and was hoping it helped the idle negative lol. my tuner said he had expended every option except checking the throttle bodies for the coatings. he also said the to get the idle back down to normal 800~ it would be expensive as! its at about 1100 now but with my powerfc it hunts a fair bit. it will have to do lol

Recently ive spent a fair bit of money on my GTR and the last thing i want is to spin the bearing :S ive never taken it to the track and i never rev it past the limiter. How do i know when my pump is on its way out? when should i change it?
