Well I've got the sorta the same problem from my tune. The boost would only hold up to 1.1bar and wouldnt hold at 1.2 or 1.3... I'm thinking its the boost controller thats the problem but the tuner reckon its wastegate. -
Probably gonna wash it tomorrow!

Just check Nengun for ya. Almost 2.5k delivered and it does include flywheel (which is why I thought its a good choice, save mucking around). Dont know about the 2nd hand 1 though. He mentioned its brand new and never fitted (car was stolen) so I would assume it comes with everything as a package.

Yea now that I know more, the engine rebuild after 100,000km probably is a rumour but still not very sure on fuel consumption (which is very much dependent on the driver). With occasional boosting mine goes for 450km per tank. But yes, the looks of them is just amazing but still I would take a black 34 vspec over them.

Actually FD was 1 of the option when I was buying this car but seriously, the reputation/rumours rotary has made me steer away from them. The sleekness of the car is just so sexy.

True and I agree but stuff like clutch I rather pay a lil more and forget about the thing as a whole which is why the Nismo twin coppermix will be the 1st on my list (hope that'll NEVER be in the list).

That'll be an easy 1 to clear even if you dont have the stock bov. Actually QLD cops are pretty good and normally they defect the obvious (e.g. bov, balded tyres etc.) unlike the other states where people like us gets raped so easily. Dan: Well if you're screaming out for attention, you probably can expect a lot of it!

Yea I finished reading the whole thing but basically the main thing I've learnt is 1.3l twin rotary is actually 3.9l in displacement. And you cant really compare piston and rotary.

There's been a lot of 34 GTRs up for sale recently but 1 that was sold by Zele definately will stand out comparing to the others. Good luck with the sale. Very nice car. If only I didnt have the house.

If it was sold I wonder how much was the selling price... for that price... You can get a VERY nice M-Spec/V-Spec2 Nur... or maybe top up a lil and get a Z-tune or a 35gtr...

No experience with Matt but will try him the next time after hearing so much about him. Had mine done a few weeks ago at Autotech (Gavin Wood). Result wasnt quite I'm expecting but I'm still happy with it knowing the problem if probably something else. Either way you cant go very wrong.

33gtst. You will not find a really good 1 for less than 25k. You will find a decent 1 for 22-25k but not 20k. I saw 1 that was sold for 15k, looks like crap and sound like the engine's gonna fall apart. Its almost like they're buying it for the sake of telling people "hey I own a gtr" but having said that, it will make sense if you have big plans and you're just after the shell.

Welcome all!! Raven: Catback is good enough and with a good hi-flow cat I doubt the difference in power wouldnt be significant comparing to turbo back/decat. Also you wouldnt have the risk of being defected for not havin a cat (even thought most hi-flow cat are illegal anyway but they just wanna see a cat there).
