  1. Yea... the cheapest I saw there is 235 I think. From RJays
  2. Woah... 250bucks for a helmet. Might have to postpone it till next month then. Feeling super guilty for spending this month already. Sheez.
  3. Nice. Need to get myself a helmet for starter. Where do you guys get them from? Cheap and good that does the job.
  4. 6:30... By the time I get home it'll be around 5:30 and I dont think I'll get to ipswich by 6:30 considering the traffic from sunnybank. If there's any plan fixed I'll probably drive to work and meet someone up to waste a bit of time and cruise there together.
  5. Colin: Sounds like a plan! Someone organize something and we can all go together! If its weekdays night I dont mind as well So long as its outside office hour. Martin: Yea I would have thought so due to it being a weekend.
  6. Hey anyone's been to willowbank can offer some sorta advise? Whats involved if you're a first timer? They're having the test and tune event on Saturday for this month (WEEKEND!) and I'm pretty keen on going for 1. They've listed 40bucks as the entry but does that include the run? From what i understand, all you need is to rock up with approved helmet, long pant/shirt, cover shoe and sock.
  7. The 180 looks alright but remind me of the Supra ones. And Supra ones remind me of traffic lights...
  8. Dont you have the red ones? Like not the crystal type. They look a lot stock-er and probably isnt as gay as the white/crystal ones (Maybe they dont exist and people buy these and paint they after that).
  9. I thought you're cupping this week? Timing belt doesnt take that long to change does it?
  10. Dan: You succumb to temptation very easily... lmao. I can already picture you changing the lights.
  11. I love my 33 too but wasnt overly impressed by it when I 1st bought it. After owning it for a few months, I suppose the good thing about rb26 is they're great for mods and has higher potential that other engines (stronger?). But yes I'm very happy with it now after tuning.
  12. Theres f all fuel economy if you cant control your right foot well. When I drive sensibly, I'll get around 450km per full tank but on average around 100km per bar on the fuel gauge. Having said that, my fuel economy didnt drop much after tuning from 165awkw to 255awkw which I'm very impressed. Get the 33 unless you 've got the money to rebuild the rotary when the time comes.
  13. Cheapest way is to buy 1 off someone that's already done the work. To do everything from scratch's not gonna be cheap. IMO highly mod cars are harder to sell unless they've already got a buyer before the owner wants to sell it or through recommendation.
  14. I've got a set of HKS dumps which I've bought a few weeks ago from a guy here but decided not to put them on. Reason being the labour cost is too intensive to just change the dumps (1 or 2days worth of labour is just stupid imo). Please note the dumps were bought from the guy in the link below http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Br...Sa-t283823.html This is the 34vspec model on Nengun (32/33/34 has the same part number but 34vspec different), however this will not be an issue as I have checked with 2 Workshop suppliers here in Brisbane, Autotech and APC which has confirm they will fit on all 3 car and only difference being the extra O2 sensor bung on the 34vspec model which can be sealed off by putting an O2 sensor bung plug or just any bolt that fits (a few bucks should get you 1). The item arrived a Monday and visually it looks new with no carbon builtup. Weld and dump are of superior quality and definately genuine HKS (confirmed by Autotech yesterday when I brought them in when I went for tuning). Selling it for $650 delivered. Call me if you're keen in making the deal a lot quicker. 0422 797 486 and I'm located in Brisbane. Alternatively, you can just PM me.
  15. Looks good! Maybe you should take a full month off work to finish it!
  16. Gold Coast Japanese are hawt too! Dan: yea used to but listens to almost everything now including new ages (Loreena Mckennitt)!!! But I still like the good old Eurodance/Techno from the days of Master Boy.
  17. Maybe Brisbane crew should have a night out at the Valley someday. Tiesto's coming next year!
  18. Oh yea... about Elabana Fall, you'll have to do a few ks of bushwalking to get there. You can get more info when you're at Oreily's reception.
  19. So whens the official handing over taking place? The 180 looks fierce with the new suspension in front.
  20. Vish: there another thread create for this now (due to the frequency of this occurring). They should still be going to the carwash.
  21. Yea. Whats wrong with being normal? Hahaha. I'm enjoying mine as how it is now. Thristian: Nope. I'm on the road to recovery from the mod disease. Suspension is the last and maybe clutch if it fails but highly doubt considering I dont always launch it plus I dont have that much power now. I'm not planning to forkout another 1k-2k for an extra 20kw+. Whats jailbait anyway? Underage girls?
  22. Hit Dan up for some quality cupping. You cant go wrong! But if you've got a car, maybe head up to Oreily mountain. Theres a waterfall where you can actually get in the pool at the bottom (Elabana Fall I think). Or just cruise to Coolangatta for some decent beach if you like the sun. GC beach isnt really that great. There's a friday night market along the surfers beach as well.
  23. An excuse to change the clutch!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully that will stay at the bottom of my mod list although there's only suspension left.
