  1. Yea but I guess they did mention STARTING at 68k. Its up to the viewer if they choose to do selective reading. The rare stuff do get priced up a fair bit. lol Kristian: That price is close enough to Terry's bid for your 34 N1!
  2. http://www.nengun.com/hks/extension-kit-gtr http://www.nengun.com/tomei/extension-pipe...san-skyline-gtr From the part number it shows both supplier has some similarity. I called up Advance Performance Centre aka APC to check if they'll fit (they're HKS distributor) and the tech guy told me it will. Except for the O2 sensor difference which I havent seen it. I'll check the package today but I'm very sure they'll fit.
  3. Hey according to a lil research, HKS dumps for 32/33/34 gtrs are the same and the 34vspec 1 will fit too. The only difference is that the 34vspec one has an extra slot there the O2 sensor goes (something along those lines, from HKS dealer) which you can seal off using an O2 sensor bung (easily obtainable from any exhaust shop). Since you're doing the turbos I would recommend doing the dumps as well (pain to change just dump). Remember I bought those HKS Dumps sometime ago (I found you'll need to take turbos off etc to fit them), I'm selling them now if you're keen. PM me if you're interested. Fitted the HKS front pipe over the weekend and somehow it does feel smoother. I would love to put the dumps on but could justify paying 4hours+ labour just for that (but then again if you're doing turbos, its another case).
  4. Top. If its serving as a heat shield then yes its better to be on top (if there's only 1 side) but it'll be better to have them on both wouldnt it? But when I look at other stainless steel ones doesnt seem like they've got any (on the photos).
  5. If thats a heat shield and but for protection of the cat then yes I think it should be up. But the funny thing is the old 1 has it on both side. In any case, doesnt really matter. I'm happy to have everything up without any big dramas.
  6. Nah mine's on top too but dont know if thats supposed to be the case. I thought thats for protection of the cat or something (which means it should be facing down)... -.-; Couldnt be bothered. The old cat has both side shielded.
  7. You're not alone. A lot of the work requires proper tools which just cost too much. Unless you're doing it all the time, I couldnt justify buying them. Go the front pipe and cat on today and only took 1hours to get the job done today but if I were to do it myself it would have cost 3x or 4x as much and probably a day's work. Shit thing is, the bloody Catco cat got the protection plate welded on the wrong side, so now the side thats facing the floor doesnt have anything. Thanks Tas for fixing the front pipe and cat up for me today.
  8. Bugga! It says 22nd of April 2008!! =(
  9. Will keep an eye on that since it was spotted last around my area.
  10. Eugene: Can you check past selling price? I'm really interested to know how much was mine back then. Even got the auction printscreen from ASNet.
  11. Get some of those steel polish if you're anal about it. They even work for getting rid of blemish on the headlights (a little). But chrome and white are a pain in the ass to clean... Those Work CR Kai I used to have never look dirty.
  12. Dont mean to hijack the thread but what would the HKS dumps for GTR be? Will it be logical to change the stock one for them (not changing turbos at the same time)? The reason for asking is if there' no real/significant gain, I wouldnt be putting them on (only after around 300awkw and no more).
  13. Would installing the dump pipe for a bigger turbo help on the response? Or the difference is not that big afterall? I'm contemplating to put the HKS dumps on since thats gonna cost another 4hrs worth of labour (gonna put on HKS front pipe). It'll probably be worth it if you're changing turbos but from how I see things, its not worth doing it atm.
  14. Very nice... Can I trade my N1 for it??
  15. Yea you could to make them look good but how are you gonna rotate them when the time comes???
  16. I think anything more than 9 on gtt/gtst will scrub unless you do mods to it. From memory, the offset you've got are for GTRs... who are you getting it from anyway? What sorta rims are you looking at?

Well IRC is pretty useful for getting instant response for your question or at least thats what we still use it for in Singapore. Close friend or clique normally go on irc to just ask "anyone keep for a coffee at xxx?" instead of phoning each and everyone of your friend/ on your mobile.
  18. Is this car sold? I might have a friend in Brisbane that'll be really keen.
  19. Congratz! Hope to see you on Thursday at the BnR meet.
  20. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...id=1213B31DE360 I know you're after black but this is 1 of the best looking 32gtrs I've seen. Got the chance to see her in real life during the charity cruise. Absolutely stunning.
  21. Nice photos! Thanks!
  22. YES. bring them on!
  23. I wonder how much does it cost to mod the stagea with the 34gtr kit. I would love to have that 35gtr stagea as a family car though...
