Iv just placed an order for a new set of wheels and tires, so these have to go. They were refurbished and painted in custom colour by MiColour. They are in excellent condition, no gutter rash or damage apart from one or two stone chips on the front two wheels, otherwise they're like new and colour suits them nicely. These are forged wheels so are very light and would be a nice upgrade for someone who wants quality wheels without paying premium prices. They come with very good condition KU36 tires, id say iv used them for around 3000km if that so they're like new. Only reason for sale is that i'm after a tougher look on my GTR. Im after $1800ono considering the condition and tires on them, I'm open to offers. Also available if interested are my 30mm hubcentric spacers Iv used to fill out the guard on an r33 GTR, these are around $300 new and they're like only a few months old, with the wheels ill throw these in for $120

I heard a while back ANDRA is bringing back drag racing and running events at Calder. The venue will apparently be fixed up etc. If it all goes to plan this could be a very good thing. Hi guys I have an r31 with an rb25 conversion done. This was meant to be my project drag car but don't have time for it anymore. Its all wired in and runs well, engine is in good condition and its got a built auto transmission in it too by previous owner. Shifts and drives very smoothly. Everything is wired in properly and all emission gear etc. Engine is stock no big mods done apart from pod filter, bleed valve and a custom exhaust. I had big plans for it but no time and iv got a gtr as a toy already. Overall the car is solid no rust apart from little in the boot where the spare is but thats an easy fix. All interior is there and in very good condition. Car is in Melbourne but its not registered, my plan was to engineer it and register or just keep it as a dedicated track car. Iv spoken to an engineer and it only needs r33 brake setup to pass and theres no need for hub conversions, dog bone adapters are fine which makes it a fairly cheap exercise. I'll provide more details when necessary. Its perfect for someone wanting a project either for track or street, all the pieces are there to do whatever you desire. Engine and loom alone in good condition are over $1500 when i was searching recently, this comes with everything you need. Im after $2900, id probably get much more than that if I parted it but I have no time. Inspections are welcome and Im slightly negotiable on price too. Things worth mentioning - 3 inch exhaust system - one piece tailshaft - lsd diff not sure what it is tho - nistune ecu never installed - built auto box - r34 side mount intercooler I'll get some pics up in a few days Cheers

It's very good oil mate and I'd say it's better then Castrol but it's much more expensive too. Motul comes in 4l bottles so you'll need 2 to do an oil change, and if you're planning on running ethanol it's not suitable as far as I know. Up to you really

Don't know whats best man!! I used that exact one, was told to change to edge as oil pressure wasn't high enough or something like that during dyno tuning, this was years ago now can't exactky remember. I'm not saying this is the best, it's just what iv been advised to use by my workshop for gtr's. There's definitely lots of oils to choose from, don't wanna turn this into an oil debate, plenty of those on this forum.

Yep that's the one, they changed the sport to titanium not long ago. Its around the $80 mark as a few guys pointed out.

Edge Sport 10w60, been using it for years in both my gtr's.

Ah okay!! I'll have to give it a shot once they're on. It's an r31 with an rb25 conversion so I need r33 brakes to engineer it and iv got 4 stud hubs so wheel sizes are limited, I'd prefer to run 15in steelies.

Does anyone know if 15 inch wheels will clear stock r33gtst brakes.

Iv actually emailed this same engineer before I saw any of this a few days ago now for my r31 with an rb25 in it. He's in braeside somewhere I believe. Will see what he says soon hopefully, I'm in the same boat as you.

Jpc is in Melbourne, they specialise in rb30's or all rb engines I'd imagine.

Hmm had imports most my life and still do, love them to bits. Also have a vw gti infront of my house and I can't exactly see how it's shit or cheaply made. It's far from prestige but it ain't shit either. And dude the apr tune just leaning the shit out of it to make power. I can see the hatred and all but come on!!!
