  1. Not sure now. I bought my 5 speed with big input shaft for $2,760 delivered from greenline 4 years ago. You will need all the Series 3 internals to run it. Make sure you buy the billet centre plate from OS.
  2. 2nd gear? It's very rare to bust that cog. :\ OSG sets are not that exxy. Bite the bullet and do it.
  3. What are you doing to them?
  4. Take the return line off the arse end of the FPR, put a longer hose on te reg, start car and drain into a Jerry. Put the fuel in the daily and fill up with 98. Job done.
  5. He goes alright the old Rosco . Did you get the trigger setup also Dave?
  6. How did the low compression ratio come about?
  7. From memory the Nismo pipes are a little on the small side. Something like twin 60 mm into a 75 mm (I will double check when I get home). The HKS pipes which are twin 70 in to 85 are a much better option.
  8. Depending on price I'd be in for a torqline shaft.
  9. ^^ and it's the lightest one. After all, that's the purpose of doing this mod in the first place.
  10. Never understood this. Cam gears are the best thing you can do apart from putting fuel in the car! (providing the guy tuning it knows what he is doing and spends the time setting them up)
  11. Wow! Oh well, happy days
  12. Good result man! No spark issues with the Twin Spark? Prob a bit more left in it with a little more boost!
  13. Someone has been hanging around Mr Chilli too much
  14. How long until the turbo choice is made? Give me a week or two and I will show you a -5's, although on a stroker, so not the best representation. Are you coming to Texi?
  15. Looks great man!!!
  16. Injectors I would go the ID 1000's. I have had the Sard 800's and my ID 2000's drive and idle better than the Sard's ever could. That was on a PFC and LINK G4. They will be bigger than you need for sure. ECU: By the time you buy a FC and Nismo AFM's, you're almost at the money for a Link or a VIPEC. Go the Link or Vipec. Water pump: Use a standard one. Its been covered quite alot on here. Clutch: Some people swear buy them, having driven a few i'm not a fan. Nismo twin plate everytime. Also a cheeky mod that you may want to do is the "Twin Turbo pipe mod". Have a search.
  17. I know a bloke on the pommie forum going by the name of "Hugh Keir" is running one of those shafts in his 34. His setup is OS 3.0, twin HKS 3037's, Holinger box (i think). It will be interesting to see the price of the UK product.
  18. Why didn't you?
  19. Are you going to be using pods Gav?
  20. Bad enough that I pulled it out and got it balanced, put it back in. It was better but not good enough. Anything over 120 km/h it would 'groan' (literally make a groaning noise) and vibrate. Put the stock shaft back in and all was good. If I didn't have issues with mine it would still be in the car no doubt about it.
  21. Sounds like a "kiddies playing in the sandpit" thread. Grow up.
  22. Where is that Link quote through, that's cheap!!!
  23. What's the weight of the shaft? When I had mine in it did make a noticeable difference. It was alot more snappy! If only it didn't shake the car to bits! I think it's worth the $1,300 for it IF it's fine!
