  1. If they dont hold till top end, it will have a big fat meaty midrange .
  2. Very keen to see this result! Standard cams? The whole flex fuel thing is awsome. Just drive around and not worry about a thing. Does the Haltech setup come with a Ethanol % display?
  3. Any rubbing at all? They are such a great looking rim and not bad on the pocket either. How are they with brake clearance?
  4. *LIKE* Go Gav! Good choice with the ID2000's
  5. having gone from RS's to -5's on my stroker, they most definitely don't 'feel' as fast, but the car is alot quicker in 97% of cases. It's not all about what your butt feels... Just look down at your speedo! We all can whack on a T88... But be belted off the line from a Camry!
  6. Atleast we have good reflexes
  7. Leopard 2 with s RB 25? I bet those original engines didn't have a tricky intake cam!!
  8. More power everywhere, the engine is more responsive.
  9. Who did it? What was involved? Warm the car upto operating temp and take a sample?
  10. Sold guys. No more PM's please.
  11. I saw that photo and fell inlove with it. Are those RP1's the 10.5 + 15? It looks like it has a 265 tyre on it too.
  12. This is such big pile of contradictions! Lol.
  13. ECU + MAP sensor is $1750 + $650 for sensor, looms and display + tuning Sell Dinosaur FC for $700 odd, Nismo AFM's $500 odd. It's not THHHATTT bad. You being the 'response' phene you are should be all over it! DO IT!
  14. Ash... E85? No way! I'll believe it when I see it
  15. All jokes aside man, have you searched at all?
  16. Goombeh, the picture in your avatar is unreal. Such a mean looking car.
  17. GCC GTR. Very nice mate. Very clean and uncluttered!
  18. -5's. Well I am running 70% duty on ID 2000's (which are 2225 cc). *quick calc* = 1557cc worth of injector. Thats for 420 rwkw. Daniel has made 400 rwkw on ID 1000's. Different tuners, different dynos. No idea. See how you go with your current setup. Is it a built engine?
  19. Depends what it is Dave. Oils, brakes and that sorta stuff myself. Turbo's (TT GTR) are other peoples problem. Shit job!
  20. No lines are needed. Make sure your fuel pump(s) are up to the task aswell as injectors and a tuner that knows what he is doing.
  21. So does that mean 300 V with a regular change interval is fine to use?
  22. I have a sump full of 300 V that I have done a track day, driven home from Vic and a few bits and pieces on. All up about 2000 kms. Gonna get it tested and see what it returns. I am yet to see 'jelly' like clumps of come out of my sump with 300 V and Ethanol based fuel like some claim.
  23. I find it does. Going from low counts of ethanol (so say E10) and putting a full tank of E85 in the engine becomes so much more alive. When I did a back to back on my old setup, it came on about 300 RPM sooner (boost) and made more power everywhere.
  24. After 6 months of being on E85 I checked my filters and they were clean as.
