  1. $1850 delivered to Sydney and I will take them.
  2. 252 @ 10.05?That's what is going in my new head. It will be interesting
  3. Item: Tomei Expreme RB 26 Stainless manifolds Location: GeorgesHall, Sydney Price: $600 Delivered on Mainland Australia Payment: Direct debit to myaccount, Or cash on pickup (if in Sydney) No cracks on the welds or in the runners. Were on my car for no more than 2500 Kms. I have made over 400 KW at the wheels with these.
  4. Cams seem to be a very touchy subject around here. Some people swear by whacking a cam in that hardly closes.... others swear by small duration. After speaking to the guy that tunes my car about cams he had an example. A big single GTR with a 260 @ X lift. Made sometime stupid like 750 rwhp, spun it to 9800 RPM and the power was just starting to nose over. Put a 280 in and it made a bee's dick more up top but it lost a whole heap through the middle. Daniel in VIC, he cracked 400 on a 2.6, 2530's and baby cams.... at something like 21-22 PSI IIRC.
  5. Im running 270's @ 10.25 but the intake is advanced pretty hard. They are too bloody big! On my last setup (2.8, RS's, E85) at 1.75 bar we got 402 rwkw. at 2.0 it made 414 IIRC. It turns out the Kakimoto had a 2.5 inch restrictor in it. New setup (2.8 -5's,E85 and a twin 3inch Racepace exhaust) it made 420 at 24 psi but then tailing back to 22.5psi (1.53 BAR) top end (EBC OFF). More power, on less boost and on smaller turbo's. What would it have done with the RS's? Mind you this -5 result is with a stock airbox too! There will be more tuning to be done and see what the -5's can do at 'whenever they stop making anymore power!'
  6. What power did that particular engine make on your dyno?
  7. Ryan. Maybe hit up Racepace for a set of their modified actuator arms. PM me for info and photos!
  8. Sort that out! It's all over the place! Its amazing what a well thought out exhaust does for these things... I made more power on less boost on SMALLER turbo's with an exhaust that works!
  9. It's funny how similar our setups are.... but I am using HEAPS more fuel than you. Different ways of tuning to achieve the same result?
  10. What sorta power was that Dave?
  11. Such a nice car! Well done on the guy that bought it!
  12. In before close
  13. This is not the best representation. My exhaust was WAYYYY too small (Kakimoto full mega N1) which had a 2.5 inch restrictor in it. Goes to show that "Jap aint always best". Having driven a 3.0 with RS's it was awsome!
  14. The front snorkle is a little different. The R34's have a taller opening.
  15. Really? I spose if you like being slow
  16. $400. Take it off my hands guys!
  17. New setup; GT Block Tomei 2.8 (86.5 mm pistons) 270 @ 10.25 cams. Nismo Plenum Nismo intercooler Tomei dumps Garrett -5's Racepace motorsport twin 3 inch exhaust Link G4 Plug in ECU Ethanol flex fuel setup Ross Tuffbond crank trigger. (Timing is no longer taken from the CAS) Went back to a stock airbox. United E85 Made 420 RWKW with EBC OFF. (boost spiked at 24 and trailed back to 22.5 psi top end) More tuning will be done with the EBC on. On PULP i made 403 RWKW at the same boost. But there is a noticeble difference in how the car drives. Graph will be up soon.
  18. RIPS in NZ does this if you want when you buy one of his sumps. It 's a few hundred bucks extra. Is it needed on a street car? I doubt it!
  19. *waves a big green flag*
  20. 1/2 throttle at 110 km/h in 3rd it's fry time! That's in RWD. Dry road... On E38 haha
  21. All in good time guys . It's going back on the rollers today! More tuning of the ethanol and pump blends!
