Here's my interior front and interior back seats
-
interstate where? if in vic, i'll drive it over for ya! just buy me a ticket on the ship and back, they have sales all the time, probably cost ya $200 or so plus fuel plus some drinks for me while on the ship better than official shipping costs. i enquired once about shipping from melb - sydney and it was going to be around the $500 - 600 mark and you dont know who's doing what to it

Hey Tyson, love the way you dont care about opinions on here, i never ask opinions cause its my car and i dont care what people say! But you were asking for advice, so i'll pass on what i know: **I know the neons look 400% better than the LED's -that's been covered already! **I know the switch should be easily accessible for YOU, but don't leave it sitting on display on your middle compartment or anything. Originally i had 3 switches in my coin part in the centre and every trip out my mates would be flicking around with them! it draws a lot of attention and its hard to stop ppl after a few cans! **I know the more the better! If you get a 'set of 4' then likely the two shorter ones will go at front and back, and the longer ones on the sides - that's how i did mine originally...BUT...there's big gaps from neon to wheel both sides as the sides are not long enough and the shorts at front and rear could be better as well. So what i did was put the long ones at front and rear, and doubled up on the shorts on the side so i had 2 shorts together=long, and go all the way from wheel to wheel (hope this makes sense) in other words i've got 6 neons going on under there. **I know you're going to love 'em! ENjoY (pic 1 is when i only had the set of 4 neons) (pic 2 and 3 is when i extended these and changed them around. never mind the ice and snow and shit falling off my car in pic 2, this was just part of a display )

OMG I SAW 'VSPEC' PULLED OVER ON WELLINGTON ROAD IN FRONT OF MONASH UNI!!! I had to scream that out in caps lock cause i almost wet my pants when i saw it! it was the first time i've seen the new r35 GTR on the roads and not just sitting on show. I bet the cops just wanted to pull it over to have a look for themselves?
-
i couldn't do that either, so when i had my seats retrimmed i asked the guys there to rip it up and recarpet, they called me a few hours later and asked if i minded if they didn't they'd prefer to go over it!- this is from the professionals. turned out to be a beautiful job! but if you're not retrimming the carpet, try dry ice and chemicals like that (i hear they work?)

Nissan Skyline R33 Cold Air Box
shanusr33 replied to shanusr33's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Hey Ashneel, thanks for the update on this thread, haven't had a chance to check lately. i'll see you sunday, and as mentioned if you get 10 people or more together its easy enough to take my original back to have more made, so if they sell for 50 still i can make $100 bucks yay! what's in it for you? If you do go ahead and organise this and help me out it would be greatly appreciated by all, we'll have to catch up and chat Sunday. see you then, Shanus -
There's heaps of pics in here...i was flogging these off for $50 and now people are considering a group buy http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ni...95#entry4215195

Nissan Skyline R33 Cold Air Box
shanusr33 replied to shanusr33's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
L.B. I have 1 left I kept for myself! If you wish to see how it will fit you can arrange a meet with me, im in south east melbourne. As for the daily question i'm receiving, "Am I making more??" I may consider it for a group buy. They cost me $40 each to produce so $10 is barely worth my time and effort chasing them around and meeting everybody and posting etc etc, but not only that i have no funds atm or capital to get them made, thats why i rushed them all off so cheaply and quickly - im in mega debt! Sorry fellas, but if you're really desperate you can try the company on ebay or you can contact me if you want to be the one to organise a group buy etc. Cheers, Shane -

shanusr33 replied to shanusr33's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Thanks for the pm's, my internet struggled last night at home so i'm getting back to everyone this morning from work. Please note this is a housing cover, not a complete sealed box. I brought one with me this morning and took a snap of it. Here is the actual item brand new with the precut holes -

Will do delivery for about $15.00 Australia wide. only a couple left -
mine are now for sale - i got sick of the clear look and i wanted to take most my car back to standard for less reasons for cops to annoy me. if anybody is interested pm me. looking around the 250 range, the leds alone cost over 100 and i had to buy some spare sets for another 100 then all the plastic parts custom made so i'm out of pocket but will negotiate. cheers, shane and you dont need to tell me if you think they are awesome or ugly, i dont care for opinions, just want to move them on thanks.

Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T Brand New Cold Air Box Cover which is designed to house Pod Filters. This assists to reduce power loss caused by the sucking in of hot air from the turbo. The box is made of ABS plastic, and features allen key bolts and nut inserts. $50.00 each (6 available) Some adjustments may be required when fitting, depending on your intercooler and setup. Pictures are example pictures of an R33 Series 1 1993 Skyline with the Cold Air Box Cover fitted. This is not the actual item you are bidding on; you are bidding on a BRAND NEW Plastic Cover never used The example skyline is set up with a Hybrid front mount intercooler and APEXI pod filter. The cover will definately fit the GTS-T without many adjustments as it did for me, but I am not sure how well it suits with other models. (adjustments may be required) You are welcome to view the item and pick up in south-east Melbourne, or postage at buyers expense. You may call me on 0407 834 633. Thanks, Shane I am not a powerseller or business...I originally purchased one of these for $130 and had a mate who owns a plastics business to mock up a dozen more so i could flog off on eBay. eBay was then flooded with a company trying to sell all ranges of these air boxes, including clear ones with neons and different cut outs for different models and set ups etc. I obviously couldn't match them and these have been sitting in my garage for 12 months and now wish to move them on. These are basically being sold for cost price! Get in quick!

Oh crap i just jumped online to upload a pic of my car and i have to follow those comments? Damn, i'm gonna look stupid now if you dont think this is a show car but oh well, its something i've worked on myself and pretty pleased that i made a car mag (hot4's) and won 3 trophies out of 3 car shows and now i can retire i've had enough lol. As far as the rest of the show, i actually really enjoyed myself. the quality of the cars was better than mas 2007 (both shows) but not the girls and nothing beats the final battle i went to in sydney last december, but it was alright. i guess i liked it more this year cause i know more people and was busy most the time and enjoyed catching up with everyone etc.

yeah didn't get 'em fixed in time, they started going orange and flicking. i haven't changed much for a while, but i've got some great pics of when we fired up the dry ice!! too bad it didn't last for long though but if you saw it at the right time it worked out alright. i can't upload yet cause i can't download from my camera as i left the cord in the glovebox. will do so tomorrow, cheers

unless you use your own tank water. Sounds silly but I've done it plenty of times at my folks place. It feels a bit strange though, before you can rinse off the car you have to turn on a powerpoint for the pump lol
