  2. You don't need to take te pads out it is common knowledge what pads they use, obviously old mate at Qfmdoesn't know skylines If you tell Greg at Gsl you need pads for r34 gtt he will know what pads you need, I should know as I've bought pads off him for my r34 gtt last year and for my r32 before that
  3. The same pad is used on r32 gts-t, gtr (non brembo), r33 gts-t, gtr(non brembo), r34 gtt as well a heap of earlier model wrx's I would just contact Greg at gsl rallysport
  4. Yeh if there is anything that could help that awful yellow colour is some black rims ;p
  5. tein superstreets are pretty soft really
  6. Lol I missed that, so we shouldn't need any hose clamps if that is the case? Just zip ties
  7. The ball joint in your second pic doesn't look like it is related to tie rods, it looks like the ball joint for the hub to the lower control arm.
  8. going to state the obvious here ring nissan
  9. nissan wont be cheap, i paid $300 for a set of hoses for my r32 gts-t and that wasnt including the 2 big heater hoses or radiator hoses - just the hoses that run under and through plenum while i had the plenum off i also had the fuel injectors cleaned and tested while they were out by a mobile guy as i said, i personally wouldnt use any other but nissan - but i use car on the track too so i dont mess around with things that can be done properly pretty easily like that the worst bit is if you have an issue after you do the work its not easy to fix taking that plenum off is a hassle, i havent done it on an rb25 but it looks like there is even more involved with that for my rb20 i just used proper hoses and new good quality hose clamps from enzed - issue fixed permanently
  10. lol drifteks you wont get a tough stance unless you lower the car as well, as you said it looks like its been jacked as it is bigger rims are going to make it look even more ridiculous - if left at current height
  11. Personally, I would use stock rubber ones from Nissan but they will cost a fair but more than that Nissan don't do a kit you would need to either get on the phone or less painfully go to Nissan and stand there with them on the computer and order each hose Not sure about silicon hoses and coolant
  12. In the fuel tank with the fuel pump
  13. plenty of traders on, justjap.com sell them you obviously havent looked very far on this website because there are a stack of sellers if you are after somewhere bricks and mortar that sell them, autobarn sell trust ones last time i heard but they are super duper expensive then you can hit up streeter or nengun to import some over from japan for you if you want if you need something done fast for it i would suggest just going to a suspension shop and getting them to replace your springs with some standard size or low size king springs, depends if you definitely are after coilovers or if you just want to raise your car
  14. hmm you sound pretty useless with tools if you cant get them off with a drill replacing wheel studs is pretty easy too so dont be too worried about that
  15. as title says, rb20det stock afm in good working order with mesh $80 ono located in chermside pm or sms 0413377833
  16. ran 225 all round on my gtr track rims, no need to stagger then 205 is too narrow
  17. The project mu shims have a rubber coating on the side that faces the brake pistons so they bed into that and work really well
  18. Hit up gsl in the trader section for a set project mu shims, I think I paid $65 for a front set from him Might seem pricey but for the price the satisfaction is worth it
  19. East coast customs at kedron
  20. though i am sure it would suit anyones car with those stock type mods and probably run alright, but every car is different if it were me i would be getting it retuned regardless
  21. had the problem with my car, had no shims on the front is why, i bought some project mu ones from gsl rallysport and it fixed the problem i have had qfm a1rm pads on my r32 and now my r34 and done track days with them both and never sqealed, apart from the r34 when it didnt have shims its not the pad, they with a heap of black stuff on the back of them ot help stop them from squealing
