  1. Thanks for the reply Luke.....I already bought it cause I was told it was the best on the market (definitely the dearest). I didn't realize there were so many features to setup......I suppose your mate set it up himself so at some stage I'll sit down with the instructions & have a go. On the matter of belts, waterpump & gears, we may have to have a chat about your rates sometime Ryan.......I've got a workshop full of gear but no time to scratch myself lately.
  2. goods & services is only 10%, I think you meant group tax which would be correct if no TFN was supplied or its a 2nd job.....either way its always adjusted end of financial. really bugs me that if you're an employee these days, there's no incentive to do overtime due to tax bracket creep.......so in answer to an earlier question Ben, thats one of the good reasons to be self employed even if you get tied to your job like I've been lately (missing out on cruises & social gatherings )
  3. name & shame I reckon......or just PM an address & we'll give you a name & what he likes for breakfast
  4. yeah you took the words out of my mouth....I was going to say that may be Tony's daughter (she's stunning). I used to deal with Tony back in Adelaide Engine days before she was even born.....you may also remember Johnno from Adelaide Brake Service next to Adelaide Outboard & John French Engines back in the day, they were the only decent brake guys around in those days

  6. ha, ha, yeah sorry I can't help ya there champ.......she doesn't mind the throttle either whilst giving it a couple of squirts here or there....maybe cause I was in my GTR driving alongside her where she figured that I might take the bait.

Interest rate may be the same but a personal loan has the interest & fees calculated up front which is payable regardless of how soon you pay it off. Having said that, I don't think you've got much choice. If you've got a mortgage, that may be a better way of doing it by extending your home loan (tell them its for a renovation) or use your redraw facility which most variable loans have.
  8. Probably should've started a new thread but has anyone here had alot of experience in setting up these new HKS EVC Controllers
  9. spotted a very attractive brunette at 5.20pm today heading south towards Darlington in a burgundy 33 with an 'All Clutch & Brake' sticker....wnb350 I think........anybody seen her around before?
  10. hey Lee thats a real nice ride.......have you had the 34 for awhile.....for some reason I thought you had a 33?!
  11. Fair call Race 24, didn't realize it was in US $......in that case yours at $1750 seems like a good buy.
  12. ahhh you've been speaking to steevie boy. I'll have to get you to hook me up with a belt etc soon Joel....I forgot what branch you're at?
  13. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it......Don't elect lawyers into Parliament!! All they do is legislate new law after new law for the sake of the coffers.......50 kph speed limits are just one example of that. Stay off the special sauce bud
  14. hey Darren, they either thought you were a Pimp in your new ride or they appreciated the blondie driver........did the UK cop look gay?! lol Ben, where you a cop back in the day or something. Cops don't need any reason to pull anyone over these days.....if your driving a Skyline you only have to look at a cop twice at lights to give him a reason or even if you go out of your way to avoid eye contact to give him a reason.
  15. You're only an idea away from making your 1st million and once you've done that the 2nd million comes along alot easier........money begets money!
  16. I may have missed something here so feel free to correct me but the new model is only $1999 RRP and cheaper again if you know someone.
  17. on a bling bike I would agree with single swing, stretched tanks & frame but I'm going for a different look here.....almost 'Bobber' style rather than 'Pro Street'
  18. I'm getting itchy feet again so I'm thinking of maybe building another bike. Something a little simpler without any bling ie, something fat with the brushed aluminium look, matt black paint and maybe a suicide shift and old skool kick start. Here's a couple samples of possible options: (probably not everyones cup of tea, but in person they look very tuff)
  19. Ha, ha, yerrrrright.......I'll buy it and rent it to you over a fixed term agreement with a residual (baloon) payment at the end.......and I get to drive it whenever I want to yeah, it has to be an Exon Mobil exec or similar doing the rounds with that thing.......only takes a few suckers to pass the email onto to their entire address book and its enough to go around the world twice.
  20. I pay myself alot less than 50K a year. Not far off from you Dave.
  21. that is a very sweet ride......I'd be seriously interested in that if I didn't already have too many cars taking up all my space
  22. my money is on the one that was pinched at 11:30pm last night judging by the time it was spotted (1:00am) .......the white 33 posted by Ryan.
  23. yeah I think these movies will be alot more popular so I think that if they start at 6.30pm the gates will be open from 6.00pm......reckon you may struggle if you don't get there before 6pm.
  24. That could be a prob too Damo if they decide to stay for the 2nd film......then you'll be struggling to get a few parks together
  25. you have really done it now Deano.....you put an image in my mind that should never be there all those jiggly bits doin there own thing in slow motion
