  1. with steve MADAZ at Boostworx last night where we spotted Adz2332 R33 GTR on the dyno
  2. Hey Damo, I think you'll find that there are 3 films on so gates will be open by 6pm 1 Film - $22.00 PER CAR. - 2 Films - $34.00 PER CAR. - 3 Films - $42.00 PER CAR. Wallis Drive-in
  3. Hey Shaun, I have a second hand cat that sits around all day too and eats too much sleeps too much and sprays my bike weekly. No offence to any of my fellow Asian Bro's out there but does anyone have a chinese restaurant that may be interested.....they're supposed to taste like chicken!!
  4. Gold Coast Indy 300 23rd to 26th October 2008 Indy Accommodation
  5. Happy birthday from me too Kahli......should I be asking why you had shaving cream?!
  6. lol, when my beer goes off I tip it down the kitchen sink
  7. You are a legend Andrew....lets make this happen cause Port play at home avery 2nd week and at least once a month on a Saturday. I didn't know your missus was a keen Port fan......depending who they're playing on the day I might ditch you lot and go with her to the footy, ha, ha .... JK
  8. steve, I remember that race like it was yesterday.....wouldn't you love to see the Falcodores chasing R34 GTR's around Bathurst!!! I remember the Sierra Cosworths when they 1st came along which virtually spelt the death knock for the big cars (ie Falcodores & chanel 9's Camaro) but then Freddy Gibson's Godzilla came along shortly after that and literally ate the Cosworths! Also, you know what would be a good idea stevo, if we could get hold of either the '91 or '92 Bathurst on DVD and maybe have a BYO BBQ & drinks one day.....anyone with a big screen keen to lend their house for a day. Here's a little snippet to wet some appetittes:
  9. Hey Ryan, I'm on the road alot and around that area all the time so I'll keep a look out for her
  10. lookin good bud!
  11. sorry bud, just jokes. seriously, thats the last thing you need.....just creates too many cowboys & heroes in the industry. Do a tafe course Damo and apply for a licence once you're accepted into the course. If you have any criminal convictions though, don't bother cause licencing laws are very strict now
  12. don't do it Damo, you may starve to death!!
  13. thanks steve that looks hot .....I'll have to add that pic to my sig
  14. what tyres & pads were you running Andrew and how much oil were you putting in the catch can on average.
  15. what times we talkin.....anything under 0:01:20
  16. sorry to hear bud......Regency Tafe is getting alot of airtime lately for car thefts, you would think that you would be better off parking a few streets away if you have an import and walk there.
  17. max, I think you've missed what mlc is trying to say here and anyone else that advertises any kind of event on myspace.....whether you agree with it or not, its a recipe for disaster.....madaz has obviously understood what mlc was trying to say (by the way, the guy's name is cory steve). Its not about police knowing your presence and risking a defect, thats just a small part of it, its more to do with the nobs that you'll encounter that could turn very ugly with some of your faces & cars possibly appearing on the 6pm news, hospital or even Angas Street Watch House overnight.
  18. don't buy new ones, just measure and if thick enough, machine them
  19. yeah no worries steve, as long as you won't mind your rotors glowing red when I'm thru with your car
  20. not sure how you guys break in pads but they can be done in as little as 10kms.....max of 20kms
  21. Any helmet with the ADR approved sticker will do Luke. Depends how fusssy you are on a helmet but you can spend anything from $50 to $1000 for a helmet.
  22. yeah I knew it was 3km over in VIC because I got done for 63 in a hire car....the company told me that it was a 5% rule which would then make sense, but if its as you say, 3km period, then at 100km most cars are at least 4 or 5 km out......just not reasonable. We used to be able to do 69 in a 60 zone awhile ago without fear but last December they apparently lowered the grace amount over the limit and have kept it secret because they know people will drive up to that extra allowable limit otherwise. I'm pretty sure its 10% now and they haven't followed VIC's 3km deal yet but they won't tell you when they do.
  23. yeah its interesting that they began to clamp down more & more on speeds when they decided that Port Wakefield Rd needed a major facelift and that we needed an underpass on South Rd/Anzac Hwy! Having said that, you won't get busted for 61 or 62 kph, I think the 10% rule still applies in SA unlike VIC that has a 5% rule now. If you got a ticket for under 65kph I would be surprised if you couldn't argue before a magistrate that your speedo is out that far.

    "cough" ghey "cough"
  25. yeah thanks Ryan but I don't know if I could be stuffed playing with it myself or whether to just take it round to Shaun at Boostworks. Jeff at Speedlab was going to have a look at it but I never heard back from him.....I think he's quite busy. Martin Donan took my car for a blast awhile ago but even with the Alfa Romeo pistons I used to sell the bugger years ago, he's still going to charge me too much.
