A little bit off topic but nevertheless in the same vein of what we accept and what we don't, not unlike the apathy of our leaders and their failure to be outspoken, i.e. just like Obama to the Chinese Prime Minister who's too scared to pull him up on carbon emmisions etc, cause he's owes the dude 800 Billion $$....but that's another story. I'm sure some of you heard Nick Xenophon's allegations today in relation to the Church of Scientology......the guy is King in my books. Who else in this country has the balls to speak out against controversial issues and stands up for the little guy. Who else in this country can stand up to the big powers of the land without fear of retribution. Our Prime Minister can't (and won't) the US Prez can't (and won't)......but Nick will. Rudd has now been forced (against his will) into looking into the Church of Scientology or he'll be severley embarrassed by Xenophon. Xenophon in recent weeks has spoken out about the Copenhagen Treaty and truth in labelling for imported meats from Mad Cow disease countries as well, while our leaders have their heads in the sand.......they refuse to act against the importation of meat from these countries (or at the very least, allow labels to warn us so we can choose) and they haven't even read the Treaty, LOL. Nick Xenophon for PM, cause we need leaders not puppets!

265's actually Chad........and they sat flush. On a 10" rim (GTR only) you could even go 275 x 30's......and it would sit flush

Granted the extra 15mm of the Z32 over the standard size Nismo body may make a difference but not as great as what you would expect cause they have similar resolution and the Nismo bolts straight on with no extra wiring......I'd be ditching the standard restrictive GTR piping if you have a few spare $$$ and go for some hard piping. Also, PowerFC has a default select feature for the Z32 to get you started whereas manual imput is required for the Nismos.....not an issue unless you're tuning it yourself. Suppose it boils down to price & personal preferance at the end of the day.

don't know how hot it got, but goodluck prying the head off the block......I've lifted a whole car in the air with big block & tackle trying to lift an alloy head off a cast block (also in a fire) many years ago.......smashed it off in the end and stuffed the block in the process

Also Luke, the amount of gain you would get out of an aftermarket fuel rail would be nigh on zip for the amount you'd pay for it. Not to menion that shiny rails draw too much unwarranted attention which is the last thing you'd need. There are so many other things that your $$$ would better benefit your car, ie. decent delivery and return lines etc.
