  1. ^^^ Me too
  2. yeah I was only using kph as a reference for the graph....load on the road could lean it out at any speed As a rule of thumb 14:1 at idle, and depending on your timing and amount of brake on the rollers 12:1 is the leanest I'd ever go up top.....11.5:1 is a bit safer as long as everything else is taken into consideration.......we're talking pump fuel by the way.
  3. little bit of a lean spot there at 160kph....just monitor your knock count
  4. yeah for some reason I thought you were already married Andrew....hope the weather holds out and all goes smooth with arrangements.....congrats to you and the wife to be. oh, and try to enjoy the day without worrying about guests or how smooth things are running (probably easier said than done, lol) cause the day goes very quick!
  5. ahh missed it.....how did it pan out? Me thinks, when all is said and done, more is said than done usually.
  6. as per my last post re meet spot and departure, depending what time Shane finishes up Friday lunch will determine what time he and I will leave. He said that he was hoping to get away a bit earlier if possible though. No need to wait for us if you need to get going sooner though......we won't be offended
  7. that's gonna have a much heavier pedal than Chad's Sean.......but def no slippage even with the organics
  8. correct......if you used 92 (as we measure it) in one of those things, it'd sound like monkeys playing marbles inside your cylinders
  9. Turned out the advice of 4 or so members was spot on after all....well done. Thread Locked now
  10. <A href="http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/%3Ciframe%20width=" target=_blank> BP at Crafers turn off
  11. OK, just spoke to Shane and this is what we're doing. Everyone meet at the BP at Crafers (Freeway, turn off to Picadilly) at 2pm then continue onto Freeway and by-pass MB before going left after the Bridge to the Karoonda Road. Krishy, we'll meet you on the Karoonda Road at approx 3pm....will liaise by phone.
  12. yeah do it!! You guys were leaving just before us anyway so it'd give you time to meet up somewhere plus it'd be good to cruise up with my temporary housewife/bedroom partner
  13. Matt, I just went through all my docs for Luke's surname but my accountant must have the rego transfer papers and other relating docs for the sale......sorry bud.
  14. Bit of a convoy happening down south too..... that's 5 of us now....cool Shane was thinking about a 2pm departure so that's approx 3pm in MB. Might be earlier though....details to follow.
  15. Matt if you see Luke with my old 34 at work, any chance you could ask him if he wants to be involved with the SAU display? No harm in asking I suppose.
  16. maybe a drag strip again one day but one thing is for sure, ANDRA won't have anything to do with the place while Jane is still breathing......and probably not in my lifetime either.
  17. great shots Craig.....very cute kid!
  18. Travelmate Online: Gawler to Loxton = 205km, 2hr 43min Murray Bridge to Loxton = 176km, 2hr 20min Suppose it depends where you live and how long it takes you to get to either Gawler or Murray Bridge....from my home it's 1 hr either way, (MB is 20km further but no stop lights & has less traffic). So total km for me would be approx the same either way yet I save almost 1/2 hr off my journey with less traffic to dodge.
  19. Krishy, most peeps are heading out via Gawler at approx 1:00pm Friday, however, Shane & I are going via Murray Bridge, leaving Adelaide approx 2:00pm. You and anyone else are welcome to join us.
  20. yeah never too late Shane.......even if you get a cheap Ebay job to get you going, do it straight away though.
  21. ahh these are great days Craig.....only prob is, they go way too quick and before you know it they've grown up. Another 4 weeks and you'll be getting more sleep so hang in there bud. Make sure you're getting lots of video of all the different stages as baby grows......we thought we were over doing the video thingy with the kids but now we look back on it and are glad we did.
  22. +1 Martin. Just picked up the horse float for the steel horse (hrmm, reminds me of a Bon Jovi song) and gotta cut the floor for some tie down cleats followed by the monster task of turning all that fiddly chrome into a mirror........I'm so over it and haven't even started yet cause of all the work that I need to clear first!!
  23. occasionally that would be a good idea......with a little bit of history on it too
  24. LOL, no I didn't OK, may have to give her the benefit of the doubt
  25. Sorry, me no believe. We do alot of investigation for the MAC and you'd be surprised how many drifters (lol, his username is even Dori) are either 'cut off' or 'run off the road' and can never give details about the other car......why would a cop fine him for reckless driving then? Here's a direct quote from the guy: Classic example happened just today whilst doing obs in Elizabeth Downs......a brown/bronze R31 tried to do a big skid thru a patch of water and got all crossed up in McKenzie Road. I happened to be filming at that very second so I turned the camera quickly and got it all on video with a hi-power lens. So if it's anyone on here that I know, PM me ASAP otherwise the video goes to the cops in 48hrs.....rego starts, UP*-***
