  4. this falls into what i was getting at. if you arent ready to help yourself it is going to be extraordinarily difficult for others to help you. not going to go into my own situation in detail as I don't know you Ben (and not having a shot) but from my own personal experience I can tell you know for 100% that until you are ready to get your own shit in order, if you really want to off yourself you will.

Get it right 2013 was decided by a 2 point margin & 2012 by 1 point, skin of the teeth argument is invalid, this has been coming. Also take away all points scored for QLD by Inglis or Folou and you dont have a 8 year streak. Game 1 was a cracker of a game that was marred by terrible reffing in the final 10 minutes. Game two was shit by both teams

  16. Would really like the main lifts squats, bench and deads in the routine as well as chin ups and either dips or machine dips
  17. Anyone got any idea for a workout that can be completed in 45minutes or less consistently? I am pressed for time these days due to work and now training during my lunch break. I am thinking a split system and can go 4 days a week. Goals are obviously looks but also some strength would be nice as it would transition for sport

  22. Both wrists. I guess I go with and under grip on the bar just under shoulder width apart and try and keep a straight up and down movement
