The only reason you would need to touch the washer bottle is if the kit was not fitted correctly. The piping that crosses over the front of the engine goes through the inner guard underneath the washer bottle, you dont need to relocate or remove it. Clearly, your intercooler and/or piping hasnt been installed properly, or was not correctly dummied up/trial fitted, so dont be a muppet and blame the product when is the fitting thats most likely at fault

With the front bar off, you dummy the pipes up to check the alignment before you cut the hole through the guard. So many people fail to realise that you only need the piping alignment to be off a touch, and it can throw the hole fit of the kit out the window. Take the time to double check everything before you start cutting, then you wont have any problems

They look like HKS silicon joiners. If you need replacements, unless you want to pay through the nose for actual HKS branded silicon, you are better off buying locally.

Im currently using all the same parts you have listed including GT-SS's with Type B Poncams and putting out ~315awkw on CRD's dyno. I have seen other cars with the same turbo setup setup but stock RB26 cams only manage 280awkw on the same dyno.
