    Justin, as with several others, im running the HKS GT-SS's with Tomei Type B Poncams and making around 320awkw on a very safe tune. The norm for most people running this turbo/cam combo seems to be around 315-330awkw, dyno and engine specs depending. They are an awesome street turbo, particularly if you are looking for response.

    The easiest option in regards to fitting is going to be something like the Blitz or ARC kits that use the factory piping meaning no hole is required through the drivers guard.

    Was that definately caused by detonation Mona? Either way we have a winner for the engine K.O of the week award.! I would imagine that there is very little that is salvagable there.

    Apexi panels are just shitty paper from memory. Just Jap has splitfire panel filters which are of the same quality as K & N for $59 http://justjap.com/parts_nintake.htm

    Surely no GTR owner is that much of a moron? Sounds like the typical scam of someone listing cars for sale that they dont own, thus knowing nothing about the car itself. Unfortuantely its very common, people rip photos from carsales.com or the like and use them to place false ads on ebay

    Sorry but I agree with Baron, seperating the classifieds further makes them more complex and frankly i dont care what state a part is in that I wish to buy, I am more concerned with the reliability of the seller.

    I have the cat back version on my 4 door 32, purchased from Just Jap. From memory they come with the silencer which I found dramatically reduced the volume. Without the silencer they sound quite good and agressive. No problems at all and for that price, you couldnt argue

    If you are using the stock ECU you might want to do a diagnostics check. Sounds like an 02 sensor issue to me

    I did actually, 7 years ago and I got fined for it and felt like and absolute dickhead for it too, realising how stupid it was. There is no excuse for driving like a twat, if you choose to do so, dont complain when you get caught

    Excellent contribution. If you are dumb enough to knowingly race someone from a set of lights, be prepared for whats coming. Personally I bought my skylines to enjoy, and I enjoy a good drag race - at WSID on a wednesday night With the powers police have, why in gods name would you risk even being suspected of street racing? Thats just stupid.

    Did that have a point? If a police officers observes two cars, particularly sports or modified cars, 'rapidly accelerating' from a stop ro something similar, and believes that they are street racing, thats all they need. Their powers were rapidly increased after the series of street racing and related deaths that happened not long ago. Drive with maturity, and you wont have a problem - its as simple as that

    Your kidding right? He states that he saw nobody around, and the other car 'wanted a run' so he dropped it and gave it some stick, then did it again at the next set of lights. No two ways about it, he acted the fool and got owned. Incidentally he edited his post to try and save his ass, pity someone already quoted him.
