    I could have welded up something better in my year 9 design and technology class when I was 15 while pissed and wearing a blind fold There are many wannabe traders floating around the forums at the moment claiming to be legitimate businesses and trying to cash in on the current trends in performance products.

    Wrong. It depends what the issuing officer writes on your defect. Minor defects can be cleared at most garages/local workshops that are qualified to issue pink slips etc, however they can stipulate that the defect has to be cleared at the RTA/EPA - its luck of the draw and varies situation to situation

    To the best of my knowledge, if you receive a defect notice for excessive DB it can only been cleared at the EPA at lidcombe - I had to go through this years ago with my 105db 200sx and it was a royal pain.

    Marko, as per my pm, I am going to be using standard RB26 conrods, prepared as per Pauls post above, with Tomei Rod bolts.
