The issues you were told to resolve with those whose paid you for parts which were never received are yet to be sorted.
Until you hear from moderators, do not open any new for sale threads

Sounds like you are a trader of sorts and therefore you are required to register as a business trader before posting any further items for sale.
Feel free to pm me for more information.
Thank you
Do it once and do it right Geoff, only use forged titanium coated lower rear discs and have your spine balanced and crack tested for peice of mind.
On a serious note though, all the best with this, hopefully you will be back close to 100% soon.

B33st can you take a photo of the underside please - you can already see how thin the skirts are in that photo compared with for example an ACL piston below:
Its a well known fault Matt
Venolias are a very poorly designed piston. Did you have a good look at the underside and skirt design of them before you bought them?
The skirts are very thin, too thin in fact and there is a groove machined around the outside of the piston that even further reduces the overall skirt thickness leaving a weakspot. This is where I have seen them crack.
The last piston that I looked at which was pulled out of a freshly built RB26 was cracked in such a way around the skirt that a peice the size of a 20c peice was ready to fall off
All these ideas will be brought up when it comes time to commence planning for SNS 2006 and all suggestions are appreciated - but lets keep the bickering to a minimum thanks - This is a SNS 2005 wrap up thread, not a debate over whos suggested venue is better for the next show.
To echo what has been said, do not half do it. Pulling the motor down is an excellent opportunity to replace everything in one hit, save on labour and make the most of it. Its simply not worth overlooking certain parts purely to save a few dollars.
Im guessing by your quoted prices that you have not factored in delivery from where ever you are planning to buy from.
Why have you opted for Trust cam gears? From memory the Poncams alone are around $900 delivered and Tomei has a bundle available with Tomei 260 degree poncams and new Tomei Duralumin cam gears for around $1190 - a much better value alternative
daveR32gtr: I saw a modified R32 GTR engine at Just Jap in Sydney on the weekend that has HKS turbos, aftermarket cams and a fair bit more. I think they wanted $9kish for it.
Might be worth sending them an email
