I may be wrong but 130 psi sounds a little low, and the rear cylinder showing 10-20% less, combined with your knock is a concern.
I dare say your engine is in need of a strip down and rebuild
Remember that if the part you order isnt in stock with the manufacturer there will be delays. Most parts that are in stock seem to ship very quickly from Nengun
I would do your clutch as a matter of priority as you may find it will let go under any serious load with the power you will be making, wether it happens on the dyno or at the strip
