Well thats what the specialist said. They basically dont do much cos its a mono**** chassis (somethin like that). Basically he said even thou there are bumps in it etc, they wont move for 20years ++. But he also said there is no point arguing it with them. U just have to do it.

Bushy2k: I am makin a flap in the exhaust so that if i get pulled over, it can basically close the exhaust and make it quiet as. Im also hightenin my car as to be just a bit under legal limits. Also i now have stock bov, and am goin to place boost controller in a box, therefore makin it non visable. This would mean my car is basically totally roadworthy. I can still imagine that i can get defected. I mean it makes sense. Cops are more concerned about cars being 1-2 cms lower then standard then murders and holdups/theft etc etc.

well my car is now defectless. But it took 2 times to get it rite, and the first defect turned into 5 other things... I dont even enjoy driving my car now. Im that scared and paranoid...

well on a brighter note, my car is undefected finally. However its sittin in my driveway until i can quiet the exhaust down cos im too scared to drive it.....

i dont think no one knows wat the *** they are talkin about here except ryand. Like he said, rotors have reliabity issues. If they are however warmed up and cooled down properly the engines should last a long time. GenesisR32 :A FC is only series 4 or 5. Therefore wat are u gettin at. Also 89 model is not really better then there rest. Being a newer model it would have small advantages, but flooding is pretty common with all fcs. I would say the only reason to go for s5 is rear taillights. Villainous_J : a fc cab is an awesome car, but it would b very hard to find a manual one as they wer all made auto from factory. so if u ever find a manual, its been changed sometime in its life. jazza08: are u refering to FC or FD model Rx7? Mines_Datsun: FD shape started in 1992. Therefore by sayin 95 model is FD, that is correct.

Yes i have done this and can post a pic in the next few days. All i did was use a small cuttin tool which is basically like a air powered blade. Stay tuned.
