hmmm...looks like I'll have to change my earthing wire too. Although I have a grounding kit installed the main wire (which is the default earthing wire) is looking pretty crappy like yours. I hvae voltage issues in that it'll be around 14V on cold start and then drop to around 13.5V if I don't use headlights, if I use headlights it'll drop to 13V. My battery is an Optima and I have a fairly new alternator (around 12months old).

I bought some Whiteline springs for my HCR32 from Pro Speed Racing and had them installed earlier this week. My ride feels slightly softer but I still need to get my shocks reconditioned. Anyway, I've noticed that my ride height hasn't changed a bit. There's no gap between the top of the wheels to the bottom of the wheel arch. Can anyone let me know what the deal is? Is it something with my shocks or are the springs faulty?

RB25's in R32 GTS-t's have been done over and over again. Searching would be good. But yes it's pretty much a straight bolt in. Only real issue is the wiring loom.

don't mount them on the pillars. Best place is to put them in the kick panels, it's also a lot easier.

Your English skills are crap...Anyway, you can't use R33 coilovers in a 180/S13 to make it handle like a R33, it's not how suspension works. I contemplated about selling my R32 for a 180SX, the main reason I stopped was that the 180 sounds like crap compared to the sound of an RB.. A 180 sounds like those fart cannon, milo tin exhaust Corollas... Plus a stock 180 doesn't look as good as a Skyline, even though you have a R33 whale it's still more aesthetically pleasing than a 180 (but that's subjective).

box up the pod filter. it's not terribly difficult. Use cardboard to make a template and make it up using aluminium.

depends how much of the work you'll do yourself. Each of the motors have their pros and cons. 250rwkw is easy to achieve with all of the listed motors.

just to make things easier 210hp is 156.6kw I make 148rwkw or something like that with exhaust, fmic, s-afc2, fuel pump running 12psi of boost (0.8bar). Tuning will give you probably an increase of around 10-20rwkw top end but will make the car more responsive allround. Make sure you get a bigger fuel pump before you do so.

I just had a little thought of how we can stop people getting ripped off various people like MINES_DATSUN etc... I've seen it done on other forums so I can't see why it can't happen here. Say the buyer is in Sydney and the seller is in Melbourne, but the seller is relatively new or seems a little suspect. The Sydney buyer pays a trusted Melbourne trader / user like SKY031, R31Nismoid, Adzmax etc...and they meet the seller in person; they in turn send off the goods (commission is an option etc..) This will ensure that people who don't pay in person don't get ripped off. Sound like a good idea? We could make a sticky in the main sale forum with a list of verified traders or trusted people who are willing to partake in this.

I have my RCA's running down the passenger side, and power down the driver's side. as for the rears running as fronts you'll need to adjust one of the SW control options. There's a lot of different settings but basically you'll need to turn SW off. (press function when the headunit is off, it should be in there).

a 12 second R32 GTS-t wouldn't exactly street "driveable" off boost...the turbo lag would suck hard...RB25/26/30 transplant would be the most cost effective mod IMO.

yep. some load, some don't.

White is glarry in the daytime (direct sunlight). Night time it's a lot brighter than normal. I only have white boost and egt gauges, they're very bright and although they look very nice and night it's not ideal.

how can you get defected for having mechanic gauges?

well when one goes they'll all eventually go. I'm getting my exhaust manifold and both turbo gaskets replaced next week. and has Lucien said it's head to manifold...
