  1. no Im pretty sure mine is much much bigger..lol and weighs a lot more even with the whole boot install made out of carbon fiber and alloy I was curious about where he worked to see if we crossed paths in a past life..lol from the looks of it its winnipeg canada. BURRRRRRR damn cold up there Im sure some of his clients used to buy gear from us in the us and drag it back into canada to save the taxes. when I lived in Montana in 91 they would fill a truck up and drive it back over the border. so being in canada you would have noticed my car is in this septembers Performace auto and sound mag page 158 ? and why do all the super hot chicks live in canada lol
  2. did you have fiberglass front fenders still ?photos ? floor mats ? drivers side a pillar trim without broken pins or holes? little triangles near a pillars on doors to hide screws on mirrors ? drivers side seat belt if its not frayed both sides seat belt , push button click in parts on the seat frames ? door panels ? front and rear sides ? with trims/plastic handles. and the trim around switches ? window switches ? the little trim around the sunroof switch on the roof in front ? rubber between the mirror and the windscreen to stop vibrations ? drivers side reverese lens if its in good nick
  3. how much drivers side mirror scew cover , the little triangle part on the door tops ? how much for drivers seatbelt ? if its not frayed on the edges and the red part off the seat frames on both seats where the seat belts click into ? shipped to adelaide 5173 and floor mats ? if you still have them
  4. interesting body kit from germany on GTT
  5. Where did you work ? I'm from central USA - Denver and used to build a lot of dealer demo cars for Sema, and CES. and been in the12v industry since 87
  6. dont bother, ditch the 6x9's they suck , all brands of 6x9's do ... !!!!! no exceptions ..lol those sealed boxes are ghey, fine for a ute in the bush only or a workshop for tunes........or vn commo on gas with hubcaps. held in with gravity..till you hit the brakes and they take your head off the gap will cancel your bass waves
  7. if your a DIY guy it looks pretty good , just needs a finish off panel over the battery area good to show it doesnt take a fortune to make good sound , just a good selection and install. where did you mount your tweeters ? are they the titanium models ? hints the box would sound better if it wasn't symmetrical a "close to perfect square" box has too many standing waves that cancel out the bass a bit, a little pillow stuffing /poly fill on the back wall of the box would improve that wthout reconstructing the box. it is sealed I hope ? the box didnt need to come out so far, you could have used the space behind the panel better. that metal trim on the box can cut the hell out of you or items in the boot... round it off a bit maybe paint it black to vanish , it stands out a lot... looks like a roadie box for band equipment a bit do you have plastic panel on the amp take a load set on top of it ? or do you have a strong cover ? does the amp have room to breath in the heat ?
  8. do a video with the engine not your drivers seat..lol that would help unless it only happens on "loaded" boost ? does it happen on a cold engine and hot ? take a vacuum hose from house vacuum and put it one end on your ear, the other on the suss part you can hear the play,(dont melt the hose on the hot turbo or stick it in the fan..lol ) one thing to check is the valve train, too much clearance on the rocker or failing lifter. my r34 has solid lifters on series 2 neo motors and they make the same noise when out of spec . if its the valve train hold it on the rocker cover and give it some throttle , the noise will jump out and be loud thru the hose. you can narrow it down to the exact location with it. unless you have a mechanics stethascope ?
  9. I got the same 2 emails, there dodgy , they ask for info MSN wouldnt ask for ever phishing scam
  10. silver stag, guy and chick in it, aldinga shops, I was driving the trolly in the xwalk..lol wine r33 , guy and chick in same spot as I was leaving

  12. I have a new body kit, bonnet and front bar for GTT only , but looking into a carbon Z tune front fenders marked for GTR
  13. some of these things will melt the rubber around the windows or even etch the glass. and harm paint, or scratch the glass worse . and extremely flamable after the fact in rags if somethng like vineger and mircrofiber rag , the try megs Scratch X if that doesnt take it off then use a commercial glass polish mine had osaka acid rain on it from the docks fixed it first try . just tape off the rubber to keep it black.
  14. barbie gets a tramp stamp - not sure I would buy one for a little girl..lol on another note, who knows if R34 GTR fenders fit a GTT
  15. Ive installed vipers since they started making them, not one car has ever been stolen !!!! and only 1 brain died in all those years on a hornet model. Direct electronics makes some good alarms. Ive had some of the so called insurance approved alarms here and they failed !!!! or a car I bought had one , junk and huge remotes with no range. Vipers can be insured but like everything you have to go thru great lengths to install correctly. not slap it under the steering wheel. ands a black harness doesnt stop shite. a multi layer security system and a bucket load of common sense is the way to stop crims. australian car theft is rampant way worse then LA california . the laws here dont punish harsh enough to make it stop !!!!! for the last time who needs a turbo timer, its ghey , just sit in your car for a min longer while you gather your stuff remote start is for snow mostly, for those of us who have enjoyed a frozen shut car door in a couple of feet of snow know how nice a toasty car is . sure you could use if for firing up your A/C but really is it worth it ? my extremely serious alarm of choice has both, and its not hooked up viper installs from autobarn 99% of the time wont meet standards for insurance they just dont have time alloted for it .....if your car got nicked and it was found unburned
  16. black r32 no wing on south rd heading towards seaford wine r32 4 dr southgate plaze. sounded nice wine r32 2 dr south rd white r33, glimps it looked like abe near nissan on south rd . dead stock r33 silver near nissan south rd special thanks to the asshole who spit on my car window at nissan parts dept. your .lucky I didnt catch you white pearl with green sticker on front window, in lonsdale, thanks for letting me out of the Retarded one way parking lot.without full boost kamakazee run nice clean white r31 on beach rd
  17. Im interested in being a part of this. lots of experience
  18. try probolt australia or coventry fasteners in town
  19. I use Redline in Everything, the Blue smurf blood, shockproof isnt supposed to be used in gearboxes, unless specified(some front wheel drive cars ) , it will damage your synchros since it reduces friction so much the synchros smash . you need to use MTL or 90 weight Redline oil I dont know how many people dont listen to proper advice and blame a product for the failure. call redline in oz, great people to deal with. I use 140wt Smurf Blood in the aftermarket LSD. and it lowers the temp a lot and hooks up in a instant, way better then the nissan oil, or synpower crap. and MTL on my trans, metal part of the shifter never even gets hot now. !!! and synchros dont clash as before , had synpower for a few hours before dumping that out
  20. do i sense some sarcasm dave..lol (I was waiting for the goldfish pond addition ) action plan get a skyline, get defected 4 times in as many months,P's are magnetic to red and blue lights on any car let alone a skyline get it stolen, forget to put in alarm, get .....oops...forgot .. insurance , couldnt afford it.. kiss your 10k good bye. and the money to regency is just a bonus ass rape without vasolene ......only legal in the eyes of the state.. they are doing a public sevice keeping the roads and cars safe from JDM...lol thank you come again its a twisted kinda a love affair in a way (love my skyline), aurgue about it (police/regency... but it was legal), then break up affair( found burned out ) start again with a new one(repeat proceess after loosiing a bunch of money) so I'd wait a few years , end of the world next year anyway..lol buy 10k worth of booze and women instead for the end of world party really I do love the car but if I was on P's in the nannystate I'd think twice welcome to the SAU fourms..
  21. thats what I was trying to say...lol get a honda lots of go fast parts , wont break unless you do a 9k clutch dump with fat rubber, insurance cheaper and will leave a mx5 for dust . many NA cars dominate the time attack, drags etc. mazada 121 haha cheap, you'll be virgin for a few extra years with that car..haha toyota rolla, newer one. first gen lexus 400 the 1j , the v8 is most likely not on the p plate list but these are cheap, and last forever. GO VIP . the attention to detail when they built that car is crazy, even behind the dash steel isnt sharp..lol plus has lots of room for shagging and subs, safe car too still leave you money for insurance, etc . or buy some old school, steel, datto, rolla, and do it up, those pull some serious cash when sold , and run on a oily rag
  22. a few options for under that price do some more looking
  23. the sound system is only as good as the install you could call a ipod with headphones a good soundsystem, or a wall of subs with 100,000 watts ? the best stuff isnt even sold in oz without importing special and your pockets better be real deep !!! shipping a 100kilo sub cost a bit
  24. check the insurance before buying anything. its a wake up call and you must have it on anything decent
  25. did anyone send rann a farewell card..lol
