yep cheap stuff will end up on the door bottom or falling off in the heat all the time. use name brand only on doors, roofs, bonnets and boots. you dont save much when you consider you have to redo it a few times then buy the good stuff in the end anyhow. clean the panels well first and use a roller ? dont cover drain holes and watch for moving parts , windows, door locks, do it half ass, you will get a half ass job sound too dynamat, stinger, soundstream, second skin, and a lot of other name brand stuff is fine. jaycar not fine, falls off all the time ends up on the floor where it sticks fine to everything in sight,....... you , the cloth, vinyl, glass, just not where it belongs, and tar stains bad your car sounds like its been hacked up by someone who has no clue, I would check a lot of the underdash wires and radio for bare wires, loose connections, but only you if know what your looking at ? I wouldnt choose either one but you asked so hear ya go........clarion really the biggest difference is the OHM load, one is 4 one is 8 ohm. dont buy until you budget the amp in . a little on power rating. depends on your amp , power and what ohm load it can handle.? the box design , sealed or ported how big is the box in litres and your max budget how loud do you want it, give me a your fav band ? most 5 channel amps are a compromise on max power and the others would exceed your budget easy, a 4 channel can run fronts/rears and a sub easy and more to choose from in 4 channel. even a 2 channel can run the whole car if you know what your doing . what kinda car is going in RX7 based on your id ? year of car please, I owned a few....13 of them..lol and had huge systems the other advice on this question is completely wrong.

mine went to hell once I fitted the new xforce cat. that little restriction from compliance cat to a full 3" or more from front to back , sent the fuel mapping wonky even after resetting the ECU,need to get my nistune ECU slapped in and tuned. and my actuator installed, on a side note who down south can work on skylines and you trust , besides nissan and hp in a box, or grand nissan wreckers ? need my new clutch fitted and look at what kind of crap the other mechanic did wrong when they did the timing belt. before it eats it. belt is a gates kevlar racing belt. does anyone have a Gates/HKS. or non factory belt on factory timing gears ? mine is making a shocking noise like its rubbing randomly , the car does have carbon fiber cover if anyone has issues with the cas not sitting flat because of the cover. the damn drive belts started sqealing this morning too, bunch of farking trained monekys cant even do the belts and hoses without drama who can be recommended for nistune, dyno tune on the GTT down south preffered? No you can make your own cheaper and you dont need such a big setup unless your running mad power and need every base covered , its mostly overkill on anythng but pure , pro racing , massive RPM/boost

its possible for fuel pumps to spin slower , just like a cordless drill running low charge, causing fuel rail pressure to vary and diminish (R31 used to have that problem a lot) when voltage gets low, you loose coil spark power which could cause a misfire and blown engine if your pushing lots of boost or RPM when voltage gets lower you loose ECU functions , it starts to do weird things.malfunctions factory grounds (expensive copper wire ) are the cheapest they could produce and still make the car function. cost control !! NISSAN wires are not the best, they get crusty and break , connections corrode fast as hell . update your main wires is cheap insurance so you come out and your car starts ?

even a 99 dollar crap amp sounds better then any deck power, end story as long as the amp isnt full of hiss because the SN ratio is horrible. but most modern amps are fine. and will improve the sound of even factory speakers dramaticly and adding a sub is leaps and bounds better, even a small one if your building a race car then weight is a issue a street car, not so much. you can only drive the ghey slow speeds legally anyhow. sadalaide is trying to put the city speeds to 40kph , might as well ride a pushy oh you can't because street racers, ute, cab, bus, 4x4, will run you over in the bike lane

sounds like its missing some wires. the one I'm thinking of is this one, one wire per spark coil pack, and one new ground in addition to that.along with ground circle battery clamp. , its overkill on most cars unless youe pushing a butt load of boost, and fear misfires under extreme load. if you can post a photo of what you have I would suss you have the old kit, a bar that bolts near firewall, grounds to battery, engine, frame rail and a couple other spots

use M105 from MEGS or 3M, to get rid of deep swirls , acid rain, and bad scratches. DO NOT USE , TURTLEWAX not even on a daily. scratch X will remove fine swirls . megs product as well. 3M now owns Megs so you might see mixed brands/package but same stuff. fireglaze works just dont let it dry before buffing, or get it on rubber without removing it asap. impossible to get off once dry. looks foul , not expensive but looks amazing once the car is polished up it seals it off nice. liquid glass , but has to be imported from usa. for show shine like glass, works great on gloss black cars, actaully can protect agaist a burning cig laying on it after a few coats do not use a sponge to wash a car, ever !!! it holds scratching bits no matter how clean you think it is. use a microfiber towel , wash after each use in washer. no fab softener. wax and grease remover is for removing wax, funny enough. use care on black plastic parts , pretty safe to use but test on black ABS plastic or rubber is a no no, . , do not use on bad faded paint, it will make a mess. it will strip off the wax and look dull /streaky until waxed again. not for the faint hearted if your not sure what your doing dont use it.
