ahh alrighty sweeet are the offset subframe bushe's readilyl available anywhere? do you happen to know if the r33 axles will bolt up to the original cefiro 4 stud hubs?? cheers dude

hey all im currentlly able to pick up a complete r33 rear end including subframe, axle's and diff which im hoping to use in my cefiro. now im wondering if anyone was experience with this or now if its beneficial/possible to use the r33 subframe for increased track? and are the r33 5 stub axle's/half shafts able to bolt up to the standard 4 stud cefiro hubs? cheeeeers!

yep cheer's. thats what i thought it would do was after the confirmation. cheer's mate,. yeah i got em from a specfic commodore only wreckers and he had a whole bunch of rear ends on racks and he tried to match em up but couldnt see the piston behind the pads.. cheers : )

im slapin some vs commodore rear calipers onto my r31 to get rid the shit handbrake setup. the calipers the bloke gave me, one side was 48mm od of piston and the other side measures at 52mm. im curious as to what side effect's using these calipers together would have? side side brake bias or somthing. cheers lads tom

ah yep my setup is non abs. il just wing it. not to hard re routing a couple lines if worst comes to worse.. bm44 it it cheers for the help lads tom

their their bled properlly and work fine.. just slightlly softer pedal feel which id like to rectifiy.

hey all.. recentlly put r33gtst front rotors (redrilled to 4 stud) and calipers onto my a31 cef. still get standard back brakes. now the pedal feels a bit spongy compared to full standard setup. my question is will r33gtst brake master and booster cyclinder rectifiy this spongy pedal problem?? the lines need to be modified slightly to work with this master yeah?? searched but couldnt find exact answer to my dilema. cheers lads

car's been sitting for over a year fixing the tailshaft mishap so hasnt been used stuff all, but i do plan on tighening the belt up asap. what would be symptom's of a cam gear skipping a tooth? without smashing valve's into pistons that is. lol adam "borneo" trewella's cef is tuned over in wa by glen camble. not sure on the dyno they use, that was just an example of a similar setup. also note his car is running a neo 25 head, state's its pushing 410rwkw on 17psi. how badly do you think the standard 25de cam's and dodge 3inch exhaust would be chocking up my setup? it's a fair drive to get it down on the dyno but i plan on asking him to drop the exhaust next time its on their. so 21psi still isnt really into the efficiency range of the t04z? cheers guys!

A31 cefiro engine fully forged rb30, crank collar and refurb rb25det s2 oil pump with higher pres releif, atmo catch can with drain,54mm ally rad, mega ducting, r32 rb25de head with standard de cam's (uhh ohh ) rb26 valve springs and adj cam gears, mild port work by the looks of it, custom intake mani with q45 throttlebody, 3 inch pipe work, isc cooler core, 4inch intake, kn filter mild cai, ase high mount stainless twin scroll mani, 50mm progate, garrett twin scroll t04z 8.2 rear housing, 3inch dump pipe into pretty dodge 3inch straight pipe exhaust with one resi then under diff into a oval muffler at back (the slight angle's down the exhaust are just like slightlly angle cut straight pipe's welded up ) screamer angled threw front left wheel, sard 800cc ts injectors, standard rail, fpr and lines, walbro intake lift pump to 2lt surgey with 044 hardwired, haltech e11v2ecu with boost controler etc, genuine loom with split fire adapter harness for a31 onto splitfire coilpack's, bcpre7 0.8 copper plugs.. driveline rb25 box with nismo g-max twin plate clutch, nismo solid short shifter with strengthened pivot ball rb25 modified tailshaft, (after a brand new one piece tore 25 holes threw my trans tunnel and spunn the previous gearboxes bellhousing on the block, very first track day on the very first lap. WORST DAY ) welded r180, 6 bolt shaft's. 356rwkw on 21psi, bp ultimate fuel, 750nm.limiter at 7600rpm, tuned by simon podlewski at morpowa SA. iv seen fair few similar setup's running much better number's on lower boost. like trewella slide fx ceffy makes 80hp more on 6psi less boost with near similar setup. have semi plan's to clean up and port match both manifolds oil restrictor's and camtech drop in 268* 9mm lift cam's. suggestions for different inlet exhaust cam degree's welcomed? any critic's/advise on any of the setup or parts welcomed cheer's alot tom also its had a annoying as slight intermittent misfire for quite some time now, cant put finger on what it could be. is their a way of testing for fluctuation of the cam angle sensor signal? as iv heard its comon with belt harmonics etc on nissan cas to bounce around the timing. my timing belt layout is a copy of the osgiken design and the timing belt when cold and blipping throttle the belt bounce's and slaps the top of the lower timing belt cover so i know the belt is quite loose and slappy/bouncey.

any idea's lad's? real keen to get it back on the road!!

yeah i replaced the bush that fell off with a bush off the standard shifter.. shes still on their.. any way the bush could be slightly wedged against the gearbox housing and the selector fork or somthing?

hey all with wisedom out their im driving a 350rwkw rb30det cefiro with a rb25 box and nismo short shifter iv just got this really strange intermitent problem when while im driving the shifter kinda of locks up. almost goes so tight that even in the neutral position i have to use both hands to wobble the shifter side to side.. then out of no where it will kinda of knock and go back to normal.. its happened twice now and is not a good thing to experience whilst in traffic when i was putting the shifter back in the box the little plastic bush on the end of the shifter did fall into the gearbox threw the shifter hole, i was under the impresion it would have either fallen to the bottom of the box or being plastic have crushed before causing any damage. any ideas what could cause this? also what are the symptoms of a bent or broken selector fork?? cheeers in advance guy's any help appreciated tom

you guys have any rough power estimations a rb25 front yoke with cefiro/r32 rear tailshaft section could handle?>? has been balanced in the past. im running 356rwkw at the moment in my cefiro and had a custom one peice shaft made up which let go at the track smoking 4th and destroyed my driveline beyond beleif. im not keen on that shit happenin again.. any help is good help cheers guys tom

cmon meow somones gotta have some pics sitting around? even if you could post pics of rb25 box in r32 gearbox crossmember.. for some reason mine is being a real bastard to get straight.. i heard you need to weld the plate and use 2 factory holes and redrill 2 new one's. my factory ones are a fair way off being able to be used.. please help out their cheeers tom

how much you looking at for rb26 head minus the full set of injectors mate?? is it stock head? ie no porting or cams
