Well just do your best to read and search before starting an array of threads (been a few new guys that have caused a bit of a stir by asking basic things, but youve already searched and read up on things so sounds like your all over the forum thing)
Well research as much as you can, the long checklist is there to help you. Also, if its a private seller then get a bit of info on how long they owned it and how they drive etc..... I purchased mine off another SAU user and he was not only genuine and easy to deal with, but was also a member that searched and did everything the right way in terms of the car! I looked at 10 or so before i got mine! So dont rush
