D_I_F it was just the comments in other threads that had us concerned, felt like maybe we had stepped on some toes or upset people which is the last thing we want. We want to promote the SAU community in Newcastle/Central Coast areas and by doing so follow the guidelines and eventually we may have enough people to create the regular meets like the ones in the past. The few guys that are keen on this event are not interested in any behavior that would reflect on SAU poorly and the last thing i want is any negative attention with my car after finally getting it running 2 years later, we are happy to have unofficial meets etc but we will need to have more threads for each meet, the idea of the title on this thread would be more so to attract the local guys and see if we can get something together (Make sense or am i just dribbling lol) I cant wait to be involved with as many SAU NSW events as i can, have entered Texi, Marulan and probably the Nats as well...... Bring on the good times Oh, and bring some of your Sydney peeps up to say G'day

Thats just awesome! The GTR wings look so good! I want one so bad! But the black wing just looks out of place, i saw Indys one down at IS motor racing with the mines (i think) extensions but the factory wing and that look really good!

If we want to have an official SAU Newcastle meet up how should we go about it so we dont upset anyone? We are outsiders and obviously are going to have separate meets to alot of the Sydney based SAU crowd, but of course we want to do it all right

I reckon the Exedy will have a short lifespan as i think they are only rated to 330rwkw so i am pretty keen to see what all the NPC hype is about, they sure sound good and are HEAPS cheaper than what i paid for the damn Exedy!

I'm actually surprised it held up on the runs... Shouldn't jinx it as its got more work in the morning.... Tunes not complete, so no I havent driven it... It basically is a new car, suspension, diff and power setup is all different.... And an extra 110rwkw for good measure!!

Completely stock with just Tomei Poncams.... It's all just bolt ons, awesome ecu and tuner and E85 working its magic... Stock headgasket, bottom end etc.... See how long it holds up....

Thanks Lithium.... Real happy!! Mitcho, the exhaust was a surprise, I figured it would hold the power back a fair bit so I unplumbed the gate etc, but it's only a 3" from memory.... The whole time I was worried but it didn't matter, apparently it may be the cause of the boost falling off and a bit of lag BUT it's a 90db exhaust so I can't complain!!

Yeah it wouldn't have much left in it.... But they said there is a restriction too, they are going to mod a few things and see if it improves.... Then just tune it so it's safe....

Yeah you should do both if you can.... I run 27mm front and 24mm rear, each model will have different needs etc, pretty sure Nolathane or one of those sites had a description on how they worked and the effects etc..... I think the R34 std front bar is an upgrade for R33 but you'd need to search that

Vids coming tomorrow... The full power runs etc were held up as the fuel pressure was dropping so they are doing a few things then running it up tomorrow.... I'm pretty pumped, the few people that have heard it said it sounds awesome!!!

Engines go for around $1200-2200 depending on what condition and whats included. gearboxes hold their value too at $1000-1300 from what i have seen. These are just prices ive seen along the way, i was looking for spares but spent all mt $$ on the tune instead
