  1. Good luck with it mate!
  2. You would be suprised what sort of sounds they can make when they are leaking under load!
  3. Could be so many things mate! Really hard to do E mechanics on this one... Can you record the sound to help? Could be in your auto itself, in the driveline? Could be your plastic fan hitting the shroud if an engine mount is gone or just so many things! Could even be a blown turbo gasket or something silly! Without hearing it its just a guessing game unfortunately!
  4. Does it increase with speed? Clutch in or out? Sounds a bit odd...
  5. Well if there is a noise and you are due then its all gotta come apart anyway so if you book it in to get done you should find itll be problem solved
  6. I wouldnt suggest it! Risk it too high. Can you diagnose it at idle or is it only at low speeds?
  7. Ill upload some new pics of a few jobs i have to do over the next week! No major changes at this stage, more general maintanance etc
  8. Haha sounds like a fun task Hope the move goes as smoothly as it can and look forward to checking out your box....... Wait....... Gear....... Wait...... PARTS!!!
  9. She is a racing pedigree! Puts the MAX in Maxima....... Too much?
  10. All over it
  11. Paint them black! Use the proper VHT calliper paint stuff too. Bright callipers are going to look a bit silly if they are just stock size. Mine are still the crappy greyish factory colour as i havent had the motivation to do them black like i wanted too. The rotors are what really stand out though! So if you do black and buy a nice set of rotors itll highlight your rims i guess!
  12. Some of the junk posted in these threads is nothing short of stunning! This thread is going nowhere fast. Todd at JLM put a post on Facebook with the actual facts about the current car in its current form, its going to be a beast when its done!
  13. I saw this setup in China and i think Thailand somewhere as well! Thought it was cool
  14. You have a good eye for detail
  15. I actually chose against that kit as it looked too "bodykit" for me, i like plain jane cars (Hence mine looks so basic)... But i think yours is a good looking beast!
  16. I'd like the kit so i could get big rims and tyres under the car but am doing my best to retain the basic GTT look (I know this is the opposite to what most want to do lol)
  17. Yep, mine is setup with a fuel cooler and also has staged pumps to keep the fuel temp down
  18. There was no info, just the pic on a random page mate...
  19. Drivers with no experience are going to crash anything they steer, it is proper driver training and common sense that will prevent it, not so much the car.... The quality of driving from those with the nice fresh looking Red P plates is nothing short of a shit sandwhich! It really makes me wonder how and why they passed the test. It doesnt matter what we say or do, this will always be an issue!
  20. I dont think it would be any different in terms of height. And yes, it is an 11mm rail. There are plenty that have done it.
  21. Just saw this on Facebook, interesting colour -
