  1. LoL great skill and agility man. It was just a joke thing between mates a while ago, we had crappy cars at the time, so to stop others picking on us, on with stickers etc. Grew from there. But yeah, back on topic. From memory the cops dont like the in cabin tee peices because they can vent the gasses in to the cabin. Dont quote me tho.
  2. You wash your mouth out boy! But I think your half right, depends on the car, mine would look crappy with the old lights. But then some others its the opposite.
  3. There is no such thing as propoganda when it comes to RB20s, other than they are slow and bad! Thats rubbish!
  4. As much as its stock man that is nice! I saw my first real life one the other day at my mechanics. Sooooo nice. I just cant get over them. I wanted one so bad, but about $40k more than the cef for a manual, not quite in the price range (about 2years ago that was tho)
  5. LoL, shes apples man! Just dont want people getting confused in these desprate times!
  6. Sealed AND ventilated? Doesnt that contradict its self? Sercure and vented maybe.
  7. 215 and almost scrubbing, and fit the rims... 225s streched on to the rims Trust me they dont fit. I think I'll just keep going until the tyres die. The way Im going cant be too much longer!
  8. Now that IS nice! Your 4000rpm power is my max How did you find the torque curve going??? (sorry to keep going on and on about it, just I got a good 150-200kgs than most of you!) So yeah, UP THE MIGHTY DATTO!!!
  9. And heres me thinking KKK only burnt crosses!
  10. And has anyone ever thought of chroming the whole weather sheild things???
  11. Ok, I just want to see how people interpret this... "vehicle manufacturer’s widest optional tyre" Now would that mean the manufacturer... as in hypothetically... if nissan released a car with 335s we could go wider legally? Or if say the vehicle came with 155s then im only allowed my 1.3x bigger? Its a open a bit to different interpretation Id say.
  12. Haha, could creat more too Police dont like being corrected... especially when they can see your not making it up!
  13. He said boost controller dude. So if it was a t peice inside the car... Nice one predator for finding the width thingy. BTW if it was 2mm too much rolling diameter, surely you would be temepted to be smart and go "ok, be back in two secs"... and do a big skid ... on a private road...
  14. I belive there is a law for the width as well, but I really cant remember. Its all state laws tho, so what you get away with here, you go down south, you get done for etc. Or at least other states inforce some laws more than others.
  15. Like it is all the law (tho I would be just double checking that tyre one) but its pretty harsh, I mean its really not dangerous having 2mm too wide tyres unless its a really poor set up. Not much you can do tho.
  16. Just drive the wheels off it dude, she'll be apples!
  17. Its already got toe out, and Im fighting with it constanly on the highway. And unfortunatly I cant swap the tyres... the sizes are just too different.
  18. Nah dude, they came on porkas too. From memory they are a fair size, but made for porkas so how set up the are for the porsche engine I dont know.
  19. Personally I think they are a waste, as I seem to make up time on gearchanges compaired to others with short shifters... (I dont have one). Sure they are nice and all, but I just think the money is better spent elsewhere (going in to a new gearbox maybe )
  20. Im going to TSR only because of a stuffed rear shock, and yeah... Other wise Id be going to accurate suspension in Timms Court. They also have the balancing scales there. But from what I have heard from others you really have to tell them what you want. Not sure tho, havent been there as yet. Both are round Springwood/Slacks Creek area.
  21. I know the 2way isnt helping, but I just dont think its the underlying problem, and a wheel alinement is a hell of a lot cheaper than trying to sell a 2way and find a 1.5way.
  22. The Kumo esticita or whatever they are ones. 17/215/45s. Front. Then the rear is GIIIs 17/225/45. Rear. 350lb front springs, 200lb rears. And, no aftermarket sway bars, the car is already pretty tight with that, just its a lot of oversteer. I also have spacers on, only because the wheels wont clear the brakes, and well, it came that way from Japan. It really is a strange one. Im thinking there might be more to do with it, such as the bloke the rebuilt the shocks did something strange with the faster bump and rebound settings (if there is such a thing on a road going coilover).
  23. Everyone one seems to have the same advice with anything on my car... "my air con doesnt work" "oh must be the diff, I'll take it off your hands!" I dont belive you!
  24. Ok, car is going in for the wheel alinement / changing settings on tuesday. Throughout my other topics we have worked out... Small amount of camber, say 1* As much castor as posible say 7-8* And just a tad of toe in. But, if this doesnt help my turns, what the hell will? I was told today by the suspension joint, that my problem could be not enough weight transfer over the front wheels. Their susgestion of fixing this was change to a lighter front spring. My question is if we say lower the front, and or raise the rear of the car, would this potentially help this? Or other susgestions. I also know my front tyres arent the best, this obviously isnt helping the problem. BTW, atm its bad for understeer. The car is still rather stiff, has the 2way diff, and on a corner of about 80kmh, if I push it a bit, the rear stays stuck, and the front just does not turn.
