You need to get like a drift flame, thats not a drift flame, but a track flame.... if ya get my drift. So yeah two things. 1st, Santa dont exist man, sorry to say, but he aint getting you nothing. 6x9s are just a cheap option. I feel anyway. If your getting a sub, no need for them really, I just had the ones that came with the car until I got the sub in, now I've pulled them out. I did have them running with the sub just to see what it did, not too nice aye.

I went to JB HiFi for my Sub. They were well priced, very helpful, easy to talk to, answered a few stupid questions that I had. They also fixed up the abomonation (sp?) that another car audio shop did, IE reinstalled the headunit so it looked like it should be in the car, and rewired it, it now sounds a LOT better. I think it would depend on the store tho, I know of the installer at this JB store and he has a good name in the industry. Anyway, as I listen to similar music, try and learn from my slight mistakes. Get a decent set of splits for the front, and a decent size (I have 5 1/4inch they I feel are too small) On the off chance you can get some odd size like 6 1/5inch, or 7inch etc, I would say try and get them, and now I have a sub, Id have to say you pretty much need one, Id suggest a 10inch, if you can pick up a GOOD one 2nd hand it would in my oppion be the way to go, but a not so good 12 would make up the difference (ie my 10inch goes loud, but a cheaper one wouldnt, get a cheaper 12, it should technically be louder than the same cheaper 10) And get amps that have enough to power both spits and sub (ie more power than the speakers can handel) Id leave the rear atm until you get the DVD player. Also ask if any of the stores have exdemo stock they want to get rid of, it still should have full warrenty, be at near on cost price (or cheaper) and hopefully already run in, and run in properly. Just my thoughts. Try and get the budget a bit bigger if you can, you really do get what you pay for, quality lasts, and sounds so much better.

Just look for the truck with something smashed on it, or something new on it that shouldnt be, then confont them, and tell them that you have already contacted the bussiness. Hit and runs are really not nice. If you want to drive your car to work you should be able to and not be in fear that some knobhead is going to hit it.

As per topic, has anyone done the change to the digital climate control unit thingy? If so how hard was it etc? Im thinking about doing it atm because my analog ones buttons arent working (I think, it could be the motor that moves the air director thingy, as I cant move that manually) Or any other thoughts. Thanks.

As per topic I have a cefiro so I have the old school climate control thingy. Its got buttons for the different settings, ie face, auto, demist, etc etc. Atm its stuck on demist, however its summer now, and I just got my A/C regassed so I want it on face now. So would this likely be just a contact problem (needs contacts cleaning, or new climate control headunit thing???), something stuck in the flap that directs the air (if so where is it to have a look) or, should I throw out the car and buy a new one (not really an option)

Mates car the injectors are too big, so yes the fpr is a bandaid, however in that case its to up the pressure so the injectors dont dribble. On lower pressures it wont idle properly. He also has one on a lancer, as why get aftermarket injectors when all he needs is a bit more fuel pressure to handle some happy gas.

I get 500kms to a tank and I get annoyed that thats it Anyway, all my mates who have been there were REALLY happy with the service, and quality of work, and most of them are fussy barstards, so should be rite.

Wheel alinement??? Maybe one of the weights has fallen off the wheel. Or maybe you flat spotted the tyre at some stage???

Ok, so back to the nothing on low revs with RB20 thing, wouldnt back pressure help off boost? Or does having the turbo there do what the exaust would normaly do on an N/A car? Also have any of you lot had problems with 550cc injectors??? (mate with 1g) has major cruise tune issues, and it would seem its because the injectors are far too big, the hit maybe 40% dudy cycle on 25psi on a freezing nite, and its not running lean at all.

Yeah, two of my mates have/had 3sgte corollas. Quite quick cars, pulled on my car, and I beat most of the r32s I challenge on the track..... So this one nite, out and about at umm Queensland raceway... We came across a celica (same engine as the sportivo corollas yeah?) Anyway end of the day this thing was next to us up to about 160kmh odd, and it had a few small things done to it. Id belive one could beat a skyline.

Sorry, I ment the lip on the front bar. Mines in the shed, kinda.
