When I first had my car a few people were yelling out 'go the V8'. I found that quite amusing Just wave at them nicely, smile and drive off.

I think it looks pretty cool. But for that money... that an Aston, Porka GT, Porka 997 turboS, Ford GT, big arse house, small unit up the coast, small unit down the coast, and invest the rest so you dont need to work again.

From a sensible point of view. How much are you going to get from the sale of either or. Then compaire that to fuel economy, maintance, resale value in say 2 years time, parts blah blah etc. Im at the point now where I either go spend $10k on the cef on new door rubbers, carpet, dash, rebuild the diff, new engine etc, or sell it and buy a new car. Either way its going to work out about the same money. That or a put up with an old car.

LoL yeahhhhh I know about that car. My mechanic is the guy that does all the other work on it (guy next door to Johns). Its the ONLY car he has ever been scared to drive, and hes happy to drive old mates 11sec rvr, the old arsespeed soarer (which used to get to half track then they booted it and it went sideways) etc. There is a bit more to that story too. When it was first done which was over 5 years ago or something now, it was breaking traction on the dyno as you say at 500hp (Daniel says 400hp but hey its a story bigger is better!), thing is that was only at about 5000rpm . From memory the guy used to always have super tough V8s. So he did all the normal super tough V8 type build work on it, with the 2 turbos... That or as I say Subi.

Gotta buy a latex bed, plasma/lcd tell/stereo first. Then JHH rb26/30, that or a 6cyl subi liberty.

Spotted 2x Maroon R33s. Both in Browns Plains. One parked with chrome zepatanis or whatever they are. The other being a right fool. 120kmh going round on to Beauy road from the Logan motor way at 5:10pm is not bright. If you want to kill people use a gun, its safer.

Oh! BIG BIG BIG ONE!!! The gear motor servo thing that controls the air con flaps. Say you want heat on your feet, then later demister etc. I NEED one of those.

Dont use the shockproof. Its got additives in it to make it a thinner more slipperly oil. Normal non shockproof oil should be ok. Id probably go the castrol or motul stuff tho if your gearbox is in good nick.

I think it just works out this way. If you have $2k to spend on a highflow go GCG. If you have $1k to spend on a highflow go for Slides. If you dont really have a budget why are you looking at highflows.

Jason maybe add to that it was the only drift school. Maybe just do a quick check. But I dont think anyone else is teaching drift. Yet they do teach other forms of motorsport. Think about teaching drift on a race track for a first timer, the instructor would get killed.

Stocko R33 rims set of 4. Useable tyres on 2 rims (same tyres) would get you out of trouble for a few months if you weren't to drift with them. Other 2 rims have tyres, but they really arent any chop at all. They arent 100% but what would you expect from 12yo wheels. $250 and taking offers straight off the ball.
