  1. Yeah "dazmo's" kit is proven in his own car no doubt quality combination... I have annoyed him a few times asking some Q's!
  2. I hope you are not deciding what is "best" based on a clean, mirror shine... You need to use their custom pistons with that head too. Are you located in Australia? I would definitely consider a local company before sourcing something overseas.
  3. Before you waste your money figure out how much camber you actually need. I would try offset bushes and if you still want more re-drill the standard upper arm.
  4. How much camber do you have now? What are you doing with the car?
  5. First option is better.
  6. Try here: http://twoogle.com.au/index.php?option=com...1&Itemid=53
  7. There are some second hands pumps available at good prices that are 6-stage. I was thinking 3 on the RHS of sump, one at the rear and one off the head and obviosuly pressure. I have read exactly what you have just mentioned about sucking in foamly oil, etc as there is not enough to scavange having so many stages. In between my previous post and what I have read since I do not think it is a good idea. I do not actually think a 6-stage will fit, I think it will hit the engine mount which ever side you put it on. What you suggested is a good idea too, only thing is you are scavanging from higher up. Cheers for that Ian, how many stages do you have on your VW?
  8. Definitely Paul from Red R Racing he has a lot of experience with RB heads, twoogle (his own car) regularly see's 9500rpm+
  9. Bringing the thread back to life, does anyone know if you can fit a 6 stage dry sump pump to an RB26? Has it been done before? Pump will be mounted on a bracket where the air-con. was originally fitted.
  10. Still a lot of turbo, if you want to keep them run the smallest housing you can... personally I do not see the point, either go for big power with the big twins you have, or use a single one with the largest P27 housing. A lot simpler and I would think a better option for 500-600hp.
  11. Get a P27 housing and run it as a single, just need to get a manifold made up!
  12. Depending on what exact kit you have you are looking at a turbo kit that can support over 1000hp so no wonder why it is unresponsive. I would sell the whole lot and keep one of the turbos and run it as a single!
  13. Go Novak! Keep the thread updated mate
  14. Besides the symptoms what was the cause of the issue? Complete from sump to head?
  15. Why dont you get Rob to build your complete bottom end, I would go with him if I wanted an RB30.
  16. PM sent (in your price range too, forgot to mention)
  17. Yes I know they are much different. Would love to hear feedback of someone who has used one? Missed that bit about lifetime guarantee that is good to know! http://www.quaife.co.uk/catalogue/products/qdf3l P.O.A makes me nervous
  18. Wow... PM-R33, you are the man. Not sure how many people I speak for but being an owner of a 1995 R33 GTR I have yellow headlights and I would be super happy if there was a direct replacement of the OEM plastic lens with a replacement glass lens!
  19. A lot of time and effort was put into that Nitto 2.7 build, credit to Red R Racing.
  20. I agree with Marlin above most definitely regarding adjustable bushes. I would also like to go back to diff centres, particularly if anyone has experience with Torsion diffs in the front like that offered by Quaife instead of a 1.0/1.5 way? Would it be a better option? I am not sure if they are rebuildable like a Nismo 1.0/1.5/2.0 which uses clutch type plates.
  21. PM sent
  22. Nice work Brad!
  23. Lol... Excellent effort though, cool car.
  24. Another track day planned this weekend?
  25. Can those filters be replaced with new ones from Nissan... great info!
